But I'll simply say I've had 27 serious surgeries (including 13 heart surgeries, 2 brain surgeries for a malignant brain tumor that caused my Hippocampus & Amygdala to be removed, as well, pulmonary embolisms & recently 2 major brain bleeds in August that put me in the ICU for a week!! The neurologist said if I'd waited even 10 more hours, I would have died. I know I'm here for a reason and I KNOW the Law of Attraction is going to change my life completely and positively!! I honestly can't thank you enough! Listening to you every night (early morning, I'm quite the night owl) is so positive for me, but also my huge 2 yr old German Shepherd, Sebastian, and my 14 year old kitty, Mr. Nikki 30 Sixx. They are both SO relaxed listening with me! You can add animals to the list of those you help. I'm sorry to keep going on; seriously, I could write a novel! I have some (I hope) constructive criticism that you might choose to apply to some of your videos. First and foremost, I love your videos. The tone and pitch of your voice resonates in my head and I truly enjoy listening to you. It's weird, at first, falling asleep with someone gently whispering in your head(phones). Then, it become comforting and pulls up memories of your parents or best beloved whispering to you in the dark. Your voice is well trained. It's soothing and feels like a caress. I had trouble with this one and I'm not sure if you format others like this, but this one woke me up. I have been focusing recently on "you are" meditations, affirmations, visualizations. Someone explained that If I'm simply listening, I want to hear someone talking to me, about me. Thus, "you are". If I want self affirmations, I need to seek "I am" types with a good spacer of silence after the affirmation to be able to repeat it myself. The speed at which you speak (which is perfectly normal) during the "you are" is perfect. It boosts my self awareness, I followed your instructions and soon fell asleep. When you switched over you "I am", you maintained that normal speed of speech, and that's when I woke up. I discovered I was working overtime trying to repeat the "I am'" and do it quickly enough, and I couldn't keep up. One, I was sleeping. Two, I don't feel like I should be hurrying through a process especially when trying to relax. So, I ask you pretty please, with sugar on top and a dash of the world smoothest whisky, can you make some videos that stick to the "you are" manifestations and/or make some "I am" affirmations/manifestations with a bit more lag after each statement so we can repeat them to ourselves? Thank you so very much, you are such an amazing talent. I'm glad I found this channel.

One of the most famous channels, Esther Hicks, only meditates for about 15 minutes at a time. You get to decide what feels best to you. Some do hours, that has zero appeal to me on a daily basis. But that’s me! They love their version, I love mine. You do you. I just wanted to,share that being able to do it alone, self guided, is portable, always a tool you have with you. It helps to feel safe always and in an allowing receiving giving appreciative state, content, just calmer. It’s very nice to me and I wish I could share it. But I can’t…all I can do is describe how I got there, and to say I made it up as I went, and I think it is key to choose to do as little as possible things you don’t want to do and be happy, choose happier thoughts and stuff. 😂. It’s uncomfortable at first. But you got it! Abraham/Esther always says choose the highest vibe you can grasp, biggest dream, don’t be afraid. It’s amazing. 18:47 I was picturing again wishing I could hand it to you, and the video said reach for it. And proceeding to describe hands and taking it… hahaha life is a hysterical and funny Shakespearean play… amazing.

You get to decide what feels best to you. Some do hours, that has zero appeal to me on a daily basis. But that’s me! They love their version, I love mine. You do you. I just wanted to,share that being able to do it alone, self guided, is portable, always a tool you have with you. It helps to feel safe always and in an allowing receiving giving appreciative state, content, just calmer. It’s very nice to me and I wish I could share it. But I can’t…all I can do is describe how I got there, and to say I made it up as I went, and I think it is key to choose to do as little as possible things you don’t want to do and be happy, choose happier thoughts and stuff. 😂. It’s uncomfortable at first. But you got it! Abraham/Esther always says choose the highest vibe you can grasp, biggest dream, don’t be afraid. It’s amazing. 18:47 I was picturing again wishing I could hand it to you, and the video said reach for it. And proceeding to describe hands and taking it… hahaha life is a hysterical and funny Shakespearean play… amazing.
I want to share my story, my life completely changed because of this believe, i started making in my dream income, got prettier, have a house I always dresmt of and one of my closest friends just proposed me. Im happy , just make a wish and let universe do its job
