I have one question
If we clear Set A and B but Fail in Nov 24 attempt. So again we have to clear Set A and B to appear in May 25 attempt? Or just Clearing once will be validated throughout the Completion pf CA?
Sir I have passed inter group 1 (old scheme) in Nov 2023. I didn't bother about this SPOM thing and I concentrated on preparing Group 2(new syllabus) unit 2D in may 2024 exams.. Now I cleared group 2 (new syllabus) 2D in May 2024. Now I have to register for CA Final in ssp portal. Now my question is whether I was already eligible for SPOM when I was preparing for inter group 2(unit 2D)? WHY I am asking is even if i am eligible for spom i will not write because I need to prepare and write inter group 2 exams for may 2024.... will there be any fine or penalty or can I register for CA Final now and undergo Articleship amd then I think about SPOM... or I should study and clear SPOM all papers before going to Articleship. Please clear my doubt sir... it is my humbe request......

Can we fill the application form for CA Final Nov'24 without having passed SPOM ? As it says we must clear SPOM exams before sitting for exams.
Would there be a problem if I click on set c module and agree to the conditions by mistake while actually set c need not be given by me..

just watched the first lecture ... lecture is boring but i tried to bluff which actually works if you just want to finish 40 hours you can keep your eyes close or in short you can sleep in front of laptop it wont close the video... tried and tested...

@@nalinavsharma3375 but when i hv mailed icai, they hv replied that either of set c Or d will be exempt. It is an option for us to choose from. But others are saying that both are exempt. M realy confused on this seriously
@@lastay163 subjects in set c and set d can be chosen while registering for final. We have registered for final before itself and got converted automatically. So we dont have an option to choose and we cannot.
It is also specifically given that students who have converted from existing scheme to new scheme are exempt from set c and d.
If you have asked icai regarding this then also them how did i choose the subjects (which form to fill and why are set c and d not available for viewing on lms portal wrt manadtory 20 hours video completion).
In my opinion if in ur lms portal, set c and d are not available for viewing then they are not applicable to us. Go to dashboard, scroll down, you will find only 28 chapters for viewing. That means set c and d is not applicable.
I dont think so anyone can state more validations than this for proving that set c and d is exempt.

I have got exemption in electives in last attempt ( risk management).
I was unaware on carry forward of exemption and since the same was not mentioned in my hall ticket, I Wrote paper 6 IBS..
Kindly clarify if I would still eligible to claim my exemption this attempt?

How many exams per subject are going to conducted? How many times can we attempt, if failed?
No limit. Every time you have to pay the exam fees and appear for the exam.
