You know, I realized this is my favorite video of these ones because you *don't* slow it down and emphasize various sounds. This was the first I saw on this channel and it's definitely the best because it literally sounds like getting a shampoo and a haircut, not overly enhancing the sounds and slowing them down, etc.
The best part by far. I tell my hairstylist to just go ahead and do my balls while she's at it. I guess I should mention my hairstylist is also my wife.

The audio is incredible. There’s almost a proximity effect with the scissor cutting that as an audio guy drives me bonkers, but as a ASMR consumer I love it. The fact that you’re getting that effect while doing a scissor cut shows how well the mic’s are placed and how well engineered they are
Yeah the quiet dip after a loud snip is definitely noticeable. Might have to decrease the sensitivity on the peak controller a bit. The quiet parts are enjoyable though!
To me it is is very good experience to do a ASMR hair cut because everyone loves a head massage and everyone needs a head massage and it is very enjoyable to how it is been done so thank you for your video

Holy cow, you use the exact same techniques I do when I cut! I try to explain to people how to use the texturizing shears by walking the bottom blade along the scalp and no one can figure it out.
