    Mr. Stout is correct in his depiction of these area's of North Georgia/ Metro Atlanta, and how well off they are, but what he is not telling you is, just how bad the traffic into and out of these cities are as well as all of the metro area, and the crime , drugs, and that the super high cost of living really sucks, So yeah you might have a nice house , but you'll go broke paying for it too, metro ATL sucks
