@@richmusicgod Hyper-inflation aside but are we not using local currency as small change for a US dollar note whenever we buy an item worth say 50 cents including change used for a commuter transport for a distance worth less than a dollar? Had we opted for full dollarisation without the use of our own sovereign currency as a subsidiary currency how would we be tackling the issue of small change? I am not saying that we have done well as a country with our fiscal and monetary policies because that is a different topic altogether. So from the context of the video clip which is discussing about solving the problem of small change Chinotimba was making sense. The solution has worked very well indeed.
