The transistor is burned out, when we link the wrong cable order, we destroy the transistor, but the voltage regulator is still working on your circuit, when use the coil with transistor, this creates an oscillator, but yours isn't working.

na verdade reduz de 12 para 5v fiz coloquei uma bateria 3.7 nao deu nada depois peguei um carregador de 12 volts e reduziu para 5 volts ou seja isso é uma brincadeira de fresco que acha que todo mundo fica brincando na internet por isso to saindo fora do canal
