I really like the dark stain you used. It gives a really nice separation between foreground and background in your video. 👍

    Excellent build!
Can you share some dimensions on the chisel rack?
What's the space between the chisels, center to center?
    Thanks!

Enjoyed the video. I dream of the day that I can have a shop with good space. In planning for a tool wall, I am anticipating using rows of french cleats along the wall for two reasons. One is that I don't lock myself into one arrangement and it also makes the tool holders portable to carry around and outside the shop.

Carrying tools around the shop tells you you put them in the wrong place... Used in more than one place? Consider duplicates. I have four (reduced) sets of twist drills in my small shop.
Outside the shop? A dedicated tool box is the way to go.

Looks good Billy, but now it's quite obvious...........you need MORE tools!!

Ultimate? So it can never be improved upon. By you or anyone else. At any time in the future of the universe. Are you sure?

The anal-retentive in me wants the wooden tool holders to be a dark stained wood like the wall...so you see the tools and not the holders....

Stained? Why not use ebony? With mother of pearl inlay. Good enough for Studley, and this is supposed to be better ('ultimate' means it is the best that ever was or ever can be).
