Yea I never do with mine. But for the experiment I thought it would be a good test. Ima try it with Nike jerseys too just so its tested on even ground.
I'm not too concerned abt the fake bc they're cheap and can be replaced easily lol. Some of em look good and real enough too. I'm more worried about the Nike swingman jersey and how long they last. The heat press lettering worry me a lot tbh and so far, I just keep them in my wardrobe bc I'm too scared if I'll damage it after wearing and washing😅
Yea I just don't want people getting scammed for paying retail prices for the fakes. Ill test the swingman in another video haha, but if the fake heatpress stayed alive, I would hope that the Nike would test better. Hahaha
I've had the 2nd gen of the Nike swingman and wear it pretty often. Still holding up. as long as you take care of it its good. I'm working on this video with Nike swingmans/authentics
I won’t wear heat pressed real or fake. Only embroider or stitched. All my fakes are stitched. Usually custom as well with my name on it. Under $40 too !!
With these jerseys, I think hand washing and line drying is the way to go. I don't even think you should put ANY Jersey real or fake into a tumble dryer. Hand wash these.
Swingman are heat pressed thats all I get mine from nba store I'm not paying 300+ for a jersey that's same for 110 just heat pressed just put em on delicate and let em air dry flip em inside out wash by themselves other clothes like jeans and etc with agitate the heat pressed ones that's why players have multiple jerseys because overtime the stitching comes loose the number bubbles up nothing last forever
@@JerseyConnect7 I totally get that and respect for doing that. I find for the most part if I cold wash and line dry my bootlegs they last really well.
If we only get to wear it on streetball and doesn't care about cosmetic issues after a few washes in general, I feel like the closest to a real Nike Swingman is the Oubre showed in this vid might be the better amongst the fakes (i don't encourage fakes tho) , we Filipinos in a budget only spend out cash on the fake ones that cost 300 PH pesos/6 USD looks similar to the black Kobe one and I can get the Heatpress swingman copy like the Oubre one for 600 PHP or 12 USD but if you're a real fan and wants to "show off" and rep our fav players/team the best way then get a real Nike Swingman or cash in for a Nike Authentic, its much worth it than the ones showed in the vid, personally its the label and NBA logo on the back that kept falling off from those fake Nike Heatpress but the team name, player surname and numbers remained the same for months until the washer somehow ruined the color of my Association Laker fake. Best quality info and vids from ya bud, my sub for you is gonna bee worth it.
Thank you brother. I don't mind if people want to buy what they want. But I just don't want ppl to get tricked into buying the fakes thinking they are legit. As long as you don't overpay for the fake that's fine with me. Definitely that oubre was the best one i've seen so far
I have a mix of fakes that I buy on ebay/amazon (that I already know are fake when buying), as well as my expensive/overpriced authentic jerseys that I buy at Nike/sports/or team store. the good thing about fakes are that they accommodate thicker, stockier, bulky, and fatter people (like me haha) where authentics are geared for skinny lil twerps. Lastly, the biggest pro about buying fakes is that you can find players that are not popular. for example/ Andre Iguodala is my fave player, you won't see his jersey in the team or online store anytime soon. that's where fakes come in. I buy both..fakes and authentic jerseys, I don't really care. I have some fakes that have withstand the test of time. to each their own. but yeah... real ones mosdef use quality material.
I once put my authentic D Wade stitched jersey in the dryer and it immediately creased and faded. Never again. This experiment doesn’t really prove anything except never put your jerseys in the dryer.
Great video! Just don’t dry any jersey anyways though! Always air dry!

@@JerseyConnect7 the heat pressed real ones don't take the tumble dryer well believe it or not.
Love the energy man! Keep it up!
Appreciate it man
Great video, helps so much for determining my new jersey. Support for the channel is going up. Keep on that grind.
XD XD
Thank you brother 🙏
Liked that tear at the end
Hahaha ill try it on a swingman next time hahaha
Nice! Thanks for this video, man 🤟🏻
No problem!
How long does Nike Swingman jerseys last I want to cop one at the Nike app but I’m scared if I wash it the logos might come off

@@JerseyConnect7 you’re the best man thank you
Have you tried with nike original swingman? Which one is durable?
Hahah I've been working on a video for almost a year. I'll release it sometime this year
No one shows this, thank you for educating us about why we should get the real jerseys
Your welcome, thanks for watching
every jersey, even the fake ones, you have to wash it by hands
They'll last much longer
crazy lights on that washing machine looks like a pinball machine lol
haha the camera picks up on it and makes it go crazy on the camera lenses
@@JerseyConnect7 wtf
@@JMacTheFanatic idk why haha
It would’ve been a great addition to add an authentic NBA jersey to this experiment. Nonetheless still a great video
I'm working on a video with the legit products.
Great videos🙂
Thanks brother

@@JerseyConnect7 Oh yeah man, great video

that's smart, where you getting your jerseys that are embroidered/stitched only?
Where you buy them?

interesting
were did you get the heat pressed goldon state jersey?
The fake, I found on mercari

I never ever put my jerseys, real and fake, in the dryer. Line dry all day. That adds to how long they last.
it was just an experiment
@@JerseyConnect7 I totally get that and respect for doing that. I find for the most part if I cold wash and line dry my bootlegs they last really well.
Next time try burning it and let see how fast it will disappear 🤣🤣🤣
Hahahahahah why not. Ill try it hahaha

Can you text a replica jersey because I really want a jersey of devin booker and it’s replica and I’m scared the letters might fall off
If you handwash it, it will last as same as authentic. Been doing it on mine.
this was just an experiment
@Denver J what soap u hamdwash with?
This is dumb just Hand Wash and Line Dry them bruh even if it's real or fake I don't trust the washing and dry machine

bro we got the same washer 😂
Hahaha fasho hilarious haha

I've been putting an authentic in a dryer and it's solid still after a year
If u still got any fake vest and don't want them u could send them to me
Definitely fakes last only a few wks 🤣🤣🤣
Hahahah true. I'm Surprised the jerseys held up for a little. I was expecting a worse performance
The Kelly oubre jersey doesn’t seem that bad
i got lucky on it. doesn't always happen that way
Take them to cleaners instead
even better would be to just have 5 of those and just clean them by hand. Hot water some mild sports detergent and 5 minutes of work.
you should so the same with a authentic and see how really good they are and the money you spent !!! smh
Yea they still holding up hahah
