  • Anjum Coffland describes going through a divorce and her husband killing her two teenage daughters Tiffany and Brittany before shooting her in the legs and then killing himself. After the murders, Anjum went into survival mode and gets through it day by day. She pushes herself in hopes that she will be with her girls again one day. She advocates for changing gun laws so that it is not as easy for someone to get a gun when they are going through a divorce and in an upset state of mind. She believes that one phone call could have saved her family. She acknowledges that it takes time to heal and encourages anyone going through something similar to keep going, keep pushing. "Don't give up on yourself," she says.

Thank you for that. I’m from Massachusetts and just learning about your story. Hang in there and don’t give up. You keep the rest of us going! I lost my whole family in one day and 32 years later I’m still struggling. “It’s one day at a time.” Thank you and keep up the encouragement. “It means a lot for many people.” XO

So He is a narcissist, right?
My husband is a narcissist. If I try to leave him, he would probably dot he same.
I have to wait until HE finds a poor new girl to trick.
Then, he will be too distracted by her. And maybe he won't try to get half custody.
    He cabt have ANY custody.
He's evil and he cabt and won't ever take care of the children if they're by themselves with him.
    I'm trapped.

@snezanavasilevska3586 I don't have any friends, and my family didn't believe me.
Now they believe me, but they won't help. They say I just need a marriage counselor!!!?
Nobody understands. They're too stup*d and naive to get what a narcissist is.
I only had guy friends, and they def won't be able to help me and FOUR whole kids. When I started having kids, I didn't have time to do anything other than work and take care of them (especially since I'm doing it on my own. "Married single mother," they call it. When you do everything and the man does nothing.
