Everyone in that audience knew Ringo won. He got shown up and took the win anyway.
Just look at the judges from the other rounds....this was sad they were vibing mad hard but in this round you could tell who they were gonna pick from the beginning. Disappointed in Franqey. Ringo took this, Gator was clean but she out battled him and out danced him. Solid doesn't justify a win.
Ringo is amazing! Imagine her in 5 years.

Awesome battle, it was a close match.
Even Gator knew he was beat. We all knew it. However, give Gator props for what he did after the judges rendered their decision. He gave an awesome amount of respect and praise to Ringo. To me, that is the most important part of all this!
But real winner is Ringo Winbee!

Ringo got robbed.. I feel like in the dance scene, too many times people look at someone's status instead of their performance in the battle self. I'm not surprised by the decision, unfortunately.

I watched this years ago and for me Ringo won. Now, I watched it again. I'll give that to Gator. The consistency, smooth flow switch, the right patience when to pop and when not to. I am a big fan of Ringo but I think both round she's dancing really great but out of place with the music sometimes. Gator is in the pocket. Each moves looks intentional and making sense with the audio.
Of course this is just my personal take.
Thats funny cause i think the opposite talking about being out of the music! They both top dancers props to them! Im from Paris, i even know one of the judges, i think they been biased (french judges)!
All I have to say about that out come is respect they’re both were good

Her locking is way tighter his was sloppy plus he added a lil breaking into his instead of just pop locking

Why did Gator won?
Its because they allways give it to the established generation.. It's how things work. They think Ringo has a lot more years to win. And later when Ringo is much older, the same goes for her when she then competes with a newcomer.

팝,무빙, 음악과의 느낌이 진짜 장난아닌데요 . 동작도 진짜 세련되게 하는거같애요. 나이듣고 또놀람 ㅋㅋ특히 천천히하다가 빨리할때 연결동작이 진짜 깔끔. 영상들 대부분이 노래랑 딱 맞게 안무하는듯 보이는데, 연구를 많이 하는거같음요. 음악자체를 이해를 잘하고있는 듯

Techniquement elle a tout. Fluidité. Pop fort et juste bien placé dans l'énergie de la musique. Funky de plus et souple et fort comme le roseau. Je n'ai jamais aimé le popping français à part Fox qui m'a fait rêvé tout jeune. Bref.lesprit conservateur et étriqué des français jurys y compris restera toujours malheureusement.
C'est clair, le coté chauvin des juges français, c'était décidé d'avance, Ringo remportait la battle. Belle attitude de Gator.

Obviously biassed judging going on here,His style is repetitive with alot of old school basics, Ringo brings newer, fresher moves with more complexity and fire.

Guys, watch it again. Ringo has good contraction, good movements, but he forgot the feeling.
It did not vary in low, medium and high planes. He forgot about funk and like most dancers today, he focused only on "catching the beats" and not on a continual groove. She's very good, but gator won this one.

It’s sad that they are bias in France. The French style of popping is just dumb to me. Nelson and gator have a weird style that is not hard at all! Ringo was better then gator hands down. Why don’t they use judges that don’t practice with him or from France? She was robbed. Gator is okay but not a great popper.....he is good but not great. Bruce is the only great popper France has. Sad
I could see this going either way but theres no doubt gator is cleaner than her at least. You can never really know what aspects they judged on or what swayed them but i dont think its fair to claim bias tbh. She made it this far vs french people i dont think they care what colour someone is or where they are from, seen many judges vote against their friends and fellow crew members in finals =)
I disagree I am a fan of Ringo and came here to watch her but Gator is a beast and like Auron said how are they biased if she made it to the final round?
Nelson is a pioneer in the popping scene together with greenteck and gucchon. Gator is pretty good popper, but Nelson and Gator are worlds apart skillwise.
