Neil, I would love to own your Pono but this poor retired nurse can’t afford it. I’m sure alot of us out there would love to have the best music experience of your invention. The middle class has been disappearing as I am one.
Never knew Neil loves the the beach so. The beach feeds my soul just like Neils' music does. It's no wonder because I'm a EARTH sign. I talked in comments before about my best friend & I going to the river during summer. She plays guitar & we both sing. People just come up & hang out because we're doing Neil songs. But the one thing I've never mentioned about all that is the people that are going there( this is a nice size river in southeastern Alabama called The Chactawahatchee) are littering up the place so bad. You would think that folks that go there wouldn't be doing that. People just don't give a shit anymore. Every time I go, I'm taking bags & picking up everybody's fucking trash while I'm there. It's disgusting. From diapers to even fishing trash. It pisses me off more every time I go, because it's forever increasing. I enjoy the river for a bit then off to work instead of enjoying the river the whole time. The thing is, is that I never catch any of them so I can let em have it. And I want to so bad. THANK YOU NEIL FOR YOU AND ALL YOU DO. Much Love To You Forever From Lower Alabama.
Interviewer???.....dude, you missed a questioned NOT answered, which you asked, then moved on so quickly that you never gave Neil the chance to answer the ultimate question to and of any writer......in Neil's case.."DID YOU LEARN TO WRITE FROM YOUR FATHER??"...who was a writer of "EVERYTHING"(Neil's own word)..................and you BLEW IT dude. I once sent away some lyrics(when i was 14) to a company who would write music for lyrics if they were credible(in about 1978)...the response i got changed my life and many years later i decided i wanted to be a pro songwriter. Some unknown person sent the lyric with music attached but said they weren't really interested in my lyrics as "they are not in current keeping with today's market".....ok then. Then i noticed a post-it note on the other side of the paper which seemed to be from the boss of the company with the following words(pretty much)...."Don't stop writing young man. Somebody made a mistake when your lyrics appeared and if it weren't for my secretary noticing, we thought your lyrics were written by a 41 year old which lead us to believe what we thought, which was good, strong mature lyrics. But my secretary pointed out that you were only 14 years of age. We found this quite astonishing. By the way, don't ever give up your writing and are you aware you write like Neil Young?"...what a compliment...and i never knew. I wasn't aware...but up until 41 i had to run two businesses to scrape a living...then the real writing kicked in(despite the fact that i kept writing..and writing...and writing for the love of writing....now i'm co-writing with unknowns and making a business out of it..to encourage young songwriters to write and write and WRITE. It gives you strength. Sonic Foxx, SONIC FOXX MUSIC, ENGLAND, (..and a huge fan of Neil Young).
Its now 2023. Fantastic interview. I haven't heard Neil speak much, I only know his music.
Another great episode. Funny, informative and unexpected. Wonderful.
This interview is so poetic it lasts about the same as the max duration of a CD around 73 minutes 👍👍🤘
Neil Young is a one of a kind living legend!
Neil went to the radio interview and ended up alone at the microphone.
What a great album.
That was funny. I love it when he laughs.

ALL YOU DO.
Much Love To You Forever From Lower Alabama.
neil young wrote Lotta Love which was a amazing song and became a smash hit by Nicolette Larson, that says it all !
All what?
Sincere interview in my mind
They are all sincere to me. The ones that I have seen. It's one of the things I love about Neil.
❤ Neil Young l love you
“ For the Turnstile” is the best song ever written. Clapton maybe “God” but Neil is REAL!
I love that song. My #4 Neil. I wouldn't consider Eric God. And Most Definitely NEIL IS REAL
How the hell could you be Maron's age, be a Neil Young fan, and not know "Expecting To Fly?!?!!? How can you not know Buffalo Springfield?
That's exactly what I thought. He mustn't have ever listed to "Decade". What Neil fan has never heard it? Good God.
Gr8 chat w/a gr8 musician!!!
Speaking voice reminds me of Owen Wilson meets Chris Issaks, and exactly like some one else. I can't put my finger on. mostly Owen.
Dude watch it for yourself and quit watching or living the interview through me. each for there own so back off.
