What I like about this scene was just the realness of it. As it unfolded you realize that woman didn’t come there to fight her or reclaim her sense of security. She went there looking to understand because she thought she knew her husband, therefore, had to understand what she’s dealing with in him (a liar). Mary Jane, was nice enough to even answer her those lingering questions. The woman had to understand all the details so she can draw the right conclusions: how they met, where they go, who initiated it, what friends or family knew (to know who she’s gotta cut off), all of it,… and the sad thing in the end was her realizing she wasn’t mad at Mary Jane. The only thing Mary Jane was guilty of was falling in love with someone she thought loved her, which isn’t a crime…. She was hurt just as much as her probably.
Mary Jane wasn’t “the other woman”, she was a victim.

I disagree. It is correct that she is not married to her so she does not have an oath to obtain but it is very important to know she did not know that this man was married before she began the relationship it goes to talk about what her moral standards actually are. It's also important to know that he was lying to them both and allows her to assume that this relationship wouldn't have pursued had she known that he was married.
One was excitement and one was the husband role. He wanted them both. You be surprised how many marriage are privately open.

The husband doesn't love her or his wife, i can tell but not just because he cheats. I think the dude is drawn in by both of their looks and feminine energy. They both have dark skin and long hair, classy and professional looking and i think that's he's type. He's inlove with the idea of both these women but failed to recognize they are than just their looks. So no he doesn't love Mary Jane or his wife but inlove their phenotypes.
