    Settling in UK is the most hardest thing as everyday immigration twists in the system makes it difficult for many people.The immigration system doesn't like someone settling here.The system is cruel,discriminatory,picky,twisted & treats migrants as its enemy .So it's a challenge rather than just an ambition.It was easy for some people like Europeans& those who get married here but it's a challenge now.

    • @YourKnowledgeBuddy
      @YourKnowledgeBuddy  3 года назад +2

      If you have a niche skill, you will find it easier to settle as compared to people who don't have nich skill.So i would suggest everyone to take a look at the Shortage Occupation list and work on improving your skill.

      To be honest, that's the brutal truth. It's not easy to acquire a skill that easy and master it. Also we need to be lucky, that our skill has to be in demand over there in UK.

Now when I apply for ILR what documents does home office expect on Tier 1 ? Tier 1 entrepreneur opened the company within six months but due to covid and lockdowns never invested 200K or created employment So he switched to Tier 2 as safe approach and currently working for a company with 30K salary. Now what HOme office expect from the applicant on Tier 1?? HOpe i have not confused .

    How are the 180 days absence from UK calculated ? It’s little confusing.. I came to UK on 26 oct 2018 so will it be counted every 12 months from 26 oct for next 5 years ? .. I didn’t understand what’s meant by “any 12 consecutive months”

    • @YourKnowledgeBuddy
      @YourKnowledgeBuddy  4 года назад +1

      Hi Prachi, it simply means you should not be away for continuous 180 days.
      So you cannot spend -NOT more than 180 days outside the UK in any 12 month period during the 5 years.
      Hope this is clear now .

      Actually my case is something like this- I came to UK on 26 Oct 2018. I went to US for 14 days I.e. from 3 oct 2019 to 17 oct 2019. Next I went to India. Originally it was planned from 20 Feb 2020 to 4 May 2020 but due to pandemic and restrictions on flights I couldn’t come back. I could come back on 17 august 2020.
      Now please tell me if I am in trouble 😊
      Thank you so much for your reply . I am actually stressed if you could help me understand my case 😊
      Because I feel from oct 2019 to October 2020 if it’s calculated it exceeds 180 days.

    • @YourKnowledgeBuddy
      @YourKnowledgeBuddy  3 года назад +1

      I think the catch is on the salary & not working hours. This is what I know from reading the visa rules. Also if they are your employer, they should tell u but I don’t see that an issue as long as u are still receiving the min salary as mentioned by the home office for medical staff. But I would say contact your HR to double check this.

      Hi Krupesh, when you land in the U.K., you need to register with your local NHS so that you are assigned your local GP . So once you are registered , you can avail the medical service for free.
      Regarding baby, same process. Your partner needs to contact your local GP & you will have regular checks like it happens in India.

    I am going to apply for ILR but I can't show 18600 balance and I have a doubt that they might have refused my application. What is going to be the next option if they refused?

    • @YourKnowledgeBuddy
      @YourKnowledgeBuddy  3 года назад

      Hi , if your ILR is refused, either u will be asked to leave the UK or will be asked to find new sponsor who can sponsor your visa.

      You will struggle to get a visa sponsorship job for Hairdresser as it's not listed under Shortage Occupation list. But you can keep trying by following the steps mentioned in my two videos:
