- Just a quick health update. Been a long time since my last upload. Doctor haven't found anything wrong with my chest pain. It has gotten a little better, and I hope to be going out again. You can keep updated on what's going on with me on my website below.

Hope you're getting better PK, those fish aren't gonna catch themselves! Soon though, we'll all be back on the water. Also, I wish I'd been there to show you an old blue water sailor's trick-you get your mount set up, holes drilled and all, then lay a silicone bead around the inside rim of the ball mount, and let it dry. Use marine silicone from West Marine, that has a pointed application tip-the one you clip off with a scissors-to lay that bead. Let it dry overnight, and then bolt it to the hull. The silicone forms a watertight gasket as the mount is bolted down.

I surf fish oregon state wide Relentlessly..im 59.Last fall i would get a pain in my left arm...Angina.Went for a check up lol...jan 3 of this year they did a 5 way bypass 👀.They sed i was lucky...the crazy thing is i Bicycle everyday ride dirt bikes and hike a lot...im super active.So go figure 😂 Sand hills at the beach is how i discovered the problem.Im good now i take in no salt no fat and no cholesterol.Hope all goes well for you PK.👍🏾

Glad youre hanging in there PK! Keep at it. You probably already are but I just wanted to say to try and not do activities that would make your heart pump too much. Do lighter activities and your heart and chest should hopefully feel more relieved and heal better/quicker. Stay strong PK, hope to see you pulling in some hogs soon! 🎣

P.S. would love to take you to crain prairie when we hit it in the spring. almost nothing under 16-18 inches and always a few 1-3 lb bass in the mix. great shore lunch material!!

Hoping for the best for you! I recently had the surprise triple bypass. Love the channel and was worried for you. Keep a positive attitude and avoid the salt sugar and flour. God Bless
Have you had an angiogram? I’m not a doctor but just went through hell this last year with heart issues. Cardiologist missed reading my tests, but wound up with triple bypass surgery after cardiology surgeon looked at test results. Man do I feel so much better. Didn’t care if I lived or died before. All I’m saying doesn’t hurt to get second opinions. Good luck my friend.
Have you had an angiogram? If not you really should push for one. I had chest pains and haad one and found one of my arteries was 90% blocked. Open heart surgery is no fun but I'm still here 26 years later.
Hello brother - New to your channel. Sorry to hear youre not feeling your best. Just a thought as i suffered relatable chest pains ongoing for several years including breathlessness, muscle pain, chest cavity pain, etc. All my physio came back fine and eventually i discovered they were from chronic stress. When stressed to high levels i take tiny sips of air and the co2 lowered concentration can trigger those sensations. Anyway, just unsolicited thoughts on your situation, i know having no answer is sometimes worse than having an answer. Anyway look forward to catching up on your vids as im learning surf fishing in the pnw

Some things to consider for your health: Cut out all sugar, seed oils and non-whole foods. If you're open-minded enough research the carnivore diet it has helped me immensely with countless health issues. Love your content and wishing the best for you in the future.

Hopefully you get feeling better bud the heart is nothing to mess with I know how you’re feeling back in 2020 i had bariatric surgery and after I got home I died for 11 minutes they brought me back I had to change my diet to praying for you to recover and feel better tight lines hopefully you can make more videos they are great get better

PK I have been struggling with with heart palpations, dizzy spells for 15 years. Three heart doctors later countless appointments still no idea. All that to say you are not alone. When you come down to southern Oregon I'll take you out striper fishing. Tight lines brother

I` seventy and fighting a few health issues myself .I wanted to move somewhere in the area of the central Oregon coast and have the opportunity to meet you and attend your events . I have been watching your videos for several years and have been fishing salt water from Washington to Alaska for almost ever . I am going to sell my place in Washington and get out of this lousy state once and for all . I am so glad to hear you are doing better and I hope to attend one of your events even before I make my move . Thank you for all you`ve done for us and keep getting better .

PK: Many thanks for the update as I have been searching and waiting for your next video on your fishing and crabbing adventures. I'm very glad to hear you're feeling better. I'll be waiting for your next trout lake fishing trip. It seems the last one was with, Kevin (?), your well schooled, fisher son. A "permanent" adhesive for most any marine issues is Marine Tex.

Glad to hear there isn't anything obviously bad going on, but can understand the anxiety that would bring in itself. I'm also sorry to hear you had to miss that job with the school district.
