Depends on what day Jan 1st falls on - I have scheduled tasks, so if it falls on a laundry day - yes, unless there is a planned family festivity, then it waits until the next laundry day.

I do the laundry whenever I need to. I just heard about avoiding January 1st laundry. But I just do it if it needs doing. I'm curious if you have backstock of school supplies for your kiddos. And if you do, how do you go about organizing them, finding good deals, etc. (I have a filing cabinet dedicated to school supplies and things of that nature.)

I've always heard that whatever you do on January 1 is what you will be doing all year. I'm not superstitious so I did laundry on New Year's day. :)

Laundry is done everyday multiple times a day in my house no matter what the date is

I don’t. I just don’t have the space to build up stock of those things. I have a basket of lined paper and that’s it. :)

I do not believe in superstition. If it isn’t a Sunday washing is done. There’s no hidden meaning in washing clothes on certain days
