always a treat to watch Watson work. Learning and improving just by observing his game

When you check the video to see if you have it in 1.25x speed, and you dont, you know youre watching good fighters.

Josh did a little number on Nico and it showed Nico didn’t like it one bit 😂

I like nico but he definitely showed some ego there. Understandable but still

Absolute amazing teq buy Josh hill, suburb timing and flow, hard with the kick but easy on the head. Nico seems just frustraded and trying to swing. Sparring IQ Josh 10/10

Normal people like myself sometimes have moment where you think, yeah, I could do that. Then you see these fuckers fight/train and remind yourself that you're better off in an office lol

It always seems nuts to me that pros do heavy head sparing, go to town on the legs and body for sure but be kind to your brain... Anyway each to their own I guess.

That's what I thought, too. While I do agree that a hard sparring every once in a while has its benefits, for everyday training I clearly prefer not taking these kind of short and long term injury risks. And in a playful sparring I usually get to evolve and improve much more.
