How to run LXC containers on Proxmox - Quick start LXC Proxmox containers.
The video is part of a Proxmox PVE Nested Virtualization home lab series, where we will be building out a lab environment to test Proxmox no subscription features and functionality.
Since Broadcom's acquisition of VMware, many customers are looking elsewhere for their virtualisation requirements - this video shows what you need to do to get started with LXC on Proxmox.
In this video, we set up LXC containers on Proxmox from the included templates..
We look at:
Downloading the templates that are included (and see the download button for other templates).
Deploy a web server LXC container.
Customise the web server.
Deploy an Ubuntu LXC container.
Add some custom content to the Ubuntu container.
Demonstrate the storage persistence on each container.

A nice addition would be to mention the command pveam update (so you have to go cli first) which refreshes the templates to their latest versions, or add new ones as well.
Also none takes the time to mention at least the danger of creating privileged containers, since it is more close to host's resources than a VM and the possible hack could lead directly to proxmox.

Thanks - I will take a look at the pveam update command.
I am aware of the dangers of privileged containers, but it is a bit outside the scope of a quickstart video. I might have a look at this in a "what not to do" video in future.

Please can you help me one thing ubuntu lxC not connecting with internet, but proxmox host can it.

It's hard to troubleshoot from a single statement without knowing the details, but the general principles are:
Your network settings need to be set on the container in the same way as you would set them on a VM.
It needs to be on the correct LAN / VLAN with the correct network settings applied for the subnet (or be using DHCP), with the gateway responding to it so it can send traffic outside the immediate subnet.
To resolve addresses on the internet it will need DNS to be working.
