  • Thinking of what to cook on this coming Christmas dinner? What about this Sushi Bake (Baked Sushi)?
    Did you know this Sushi Bake has became quarantine trend recipe that’s now all over Philippine social media? It's actually sushi roll baked like a casserole. After it's out from the oven, served sushi rice with roasted seaweed.
    P/S: U can add in your favorite sushi ingredients like salmon roe, avocado... etc.
    Recipe (for 5-6 pax)
    JAPANESE SHORT-GRAIN RICE 日本米 (2 CUPS)
    WASH RICE 洗净 (REPEAT 2-3 TIMES UNTIL WATER IS CLEAR)
    CRAB STICKS 蟹柳 (20 PCS)
    CANNED TUNA 吞拿鱼罐头
    SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE 奶油奶酪(3 TBSP)
    KEWPIE MAYO美乃滋酱 (6 TBSP)
    SHRIRACHA CHILI SAUCE 拉差辣酱 (2 TBSP)
    BLACK PEPPER 黑胡椒粉
    SUSHI RICE VINEGAR加入寿司醋 (3 TBSP)
    FURIKAKE 海苔拌饭料 (3 TBSP)

      Hi Furikake is actually a Japanese rice seasoning. Mainly consist of toasted sesame, seaweed, salt, some has bonito flakes, miso powder, chili flakes or wasabi powder. When u buy u can check out the variance in the supermarket.
