I don't understand this tendency for viewers online to try to force two people who have split up back together. In real life, we generally accept our friends' decisions to break up and move on. Coco girl use to say she wasnt keen about the Jamaican food as she loves to eat salads, vegetables and food she was accustomed to in Israel but I am happy to see her cooking her own food the way she likes it so her complaint is resolved. Its good that she is making most of life in Jamaica where she is living as long as God permits her to. Its interesting to see the dynamics between cocogirl and cocoboy. Cocogirl is a touch gal whilst cocoboy is a soft boy. Both acts as a great support to one another as long as cocoboy does not strip cocogirl of her "touch" image and independent and carefree mindset and likewise cocoboy dont try to change cocoboy in her own image. Both have to continue to respect one another and continue to grow together.

That breadfruit is ripe and we don't roast them when they're ripe. They are roasted when they are green and firm. Then when you peel them they are like bread. Note: the centre or heart is NOT poisonous.
Only ackee is poisonous if you force it open. The red pods must open on their own and then they are safe...even for small kids.
Jamaican usually roast the mature green breadfruit .That breadfruit you had was a ripe bread fruit.( Too soft)

Half ripe breadfruit is nice. We call it turn, that's how I like it.

It is so sad that the government sold Bob Marley Beach. It won't be accessible for Jamaicans much longer. They are building a private resort.

Very true a portion of it was sold, the outside Developers were waiting for the Highway to be completed. They are building US $200 million dollar Resort Hotel. However it was stated that a portion of it must still be opened to the public and to the Fishermen.
A very interesting video. I stumbled across you guys randomly and literally stayed and watched it the whole way through. I really enjoyed it. I don't know how to feel about both of your energies. You should make the breadfruit roast until it fully black outside! Plus most people don’t cook fully ripe breadfruit! They just make smoothies with it! They gave you overripe breadfruit! Plus no part of the breadfruit is poison! 😂 At least you guys had a good time!🎉

Back in the olden days most people used to use woodfire or coal to cook in kitchens seperate from the house with things cured with smoke in a metal mesh basket on a pulley that can be lowered to access. Some people still believe that woodfire cooking tastes better

You can learn a great deal from Jamaicans cocoboy if you are willing to humble yourself and open yourself to learn which I can see you are otherwise you would not remain in Jamaica for long. All those who perceive themselves to be wiser and better and their attempts to manipulate, subjugate, control and oppress nations like Jamaicans, will fail to achieve their goals. Most Jamaicans are warriers and overcomers. They continue to show great hospitality and remain a loving people, regardless of the rejection they have experienced from others from the Western world in particular. They remain undefeated and resiliant. God has his hands on Jamaica. Many Jamaicans originate from the tribe of Israel and Judah. Bob Marley and all those who supports the Rasta movement recognised their origin. They recognise that Yehweh is the God of Israel. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. His name is JAH. Jamaicans especially those who are worshipper of Yehweh will continue to survive the challenges they continue to face.

I am a Jamaican and I have never eaten roast breadfruit like that, I love when it is well roast. That was a half roasted breadfruit. Well if you guys enjoy eating like that, no problem. In rural areas men usually take turns going to the deep wild fruitforest or bush. So theyll work with people that cultivate several acres and when many men go bush to reap they put on pots and cook and eat before they go home haha.
