She needs to get her jealousy under control, get rid of Chelsea and not get involved with another man until she grows up and can act like an adult.
The OP's ex girlfriend's now ex best friend should be proud of herself of destroying the relationship between the two of them but should ask herself if it was worth it in the long run because in the end not only did she lost her best friend but has lost the OP's respect as well, whatever happens next is anyone's guess for now.
