I'm so glad you had such a good experience. The video was super helpful! I used Helpsy once (last month), I got the prime box and I won't even make back my money. It was $300 for 40 "prime" pieces. I got 18 pieces of Brandy Mellville (let's be honest, that is not a prime brand.. the best, barely worn pieces resell for $12-$15). I also got a kids jacket, a tube top that is the size of my arm (I honestly don't know if it's kids or adults but it is unsellable), and 6 pieces with damage and stains past the point of use (which is %15, the top of their threshold so they won't do anything). Out of the remaining items, there were 3 that will resell for more than $15. Removing the 6 damaged items, kids jacket, and tube top, my price per sellable item is $9.38. To break that down further, I'd have to sell each piece for $13 with no shipping discount on Posh, just to break even. Realistically, this will not happen and I'll be out at least $50 is my guess. I'm super bummed, their boxes and donations look so great, but my experience was right on the border of the risk you take with a mystery box and a scam. I'm treating it as a buyer beware/learned lesson but I can't help but wonder if there is a huge discrepancy between orders or if this is a company where the non influencers get substandard product.
@Ashley Wheeler I think that's a totally fair question. No, I did not. I went back and reread the box's description and it did all fall within the summary. The defect rate was exactly as high as it could go and all of the brands were on the list. That's why I felt like it a lesson learned on the risks of mystery boxes, not a total scam. (Like I said, I did feel like it was totally riding the line there, because the overall summary makes it sound a lot more valuable than the fine print, I hope that makes sense). Honestly, I could have gotten a bad one. I also think it is probably a bad choice to get a general mystery box from a company that also does brand specific boxes because those same brands are probably the ones I want! Regardless, thank you for sharing about your journey and your invaluable knowledge. I am slowly learning and gaining the courage to make a bigger (manifested!!!) purchase. I have learned a lot from you!

The wind and snow storms have been SOOOO bad out here. I'm really glad the pallets we have been getting lately have been either boxed and everything individually bagged or in the trash bags like this one. Some pallets we have gotten before was all clothing and nothing protecting them, other than the pallet. But I still have a big mess to take care of.
Love love helpsey just started ordering this year …. Best business decision this year so far was to try to find a good source delivered to my house❤️❤️

My storage unit is indoors and temperature controlled so that there aren't any issues with dirt or anything getting on items. Outside units just seem scary to me. Hope you make a lot on that pallet.
Hey Ashley! I have looked on their website but I’m not seeing anything in the PNW. It looks like it’s all east coast but they still provide free shipping which is awesome. I’m wondering if I’m looking at the wrong site? Do they have a PNW site? Thanks!
Hey Mary! No they have the site in one place. Sometimes they might have things come from a warehouse in Cali but majority is east coast. That is one of the things I’ve liked about their site is they have good shipping costs

Did you ever reach out to them? I heard that box was a little rocky from several of my friends and they reached out to Helpsy to come to a resolution.
