Very informative and spot on!👏But if I may suggest Medina or Fox farm are organic fertilizers rather then synthetic but your way definitely shows extremely good foliage and growth 👍
It's a Monstera deliciosa. Though the leaves are not huge enough but the petioles have ruffles and slow growing... I started to take care of it properly for better growth... 😊😊😊

Yours is not a monstera deliciosa it's a monstera borsigiana.
