I really prefer the post commentary over the live commentary. also, syndicate grindset: rig disposals to drop off trash at the hop's feet and rig an entire c4 bundle to blow on a remote signaller and flush it

I'd like to see a round where all traitor objectives are hand picked by admins. I think that could be interesting.

All syndicate objectives are to make a drug lab and sell them to the population. While also taking over security with violence, money, or charisma.

-Steal the HOPs ID card board
-Kill Joe Bobson, janitor
The post commentary works quite well! Makes it much easier to understand what's happening. I do enjoy hearing your live reactions though. For a future video, maybe try doing a mix of the two formats - post commentary for the complicated stuff and to add overall station context, with the live audio for particularly amusing moments?
Your commentary is really humorous, cracked up laughing a few times during this video. And honestly I wouldn't comprehend the crazy things happened in this round.
I agree I have no idea if this is much harder a video or not to put together than your usual gameplay ones, but I enjoy your post commentary a lot.
I was so confused that round. Cap told us you were talking with Joe so you were AoS, but between the crazy cap and you who went willingly with us, I chose to believe your story of he was threatening you. Joe didnt seem the most stable regardless. I was standing guard outside while the cap was interrogating you and suddenly I hear C4 activate and im like oh shit he's trying to kill the cap and HoS, but then it turns out the cap had it??? I was ready to knock the cap out but the HoS never said to do anything and before any orders came cap went off and died in a ditch somewhere. I also really wanna know who poisoned the bicar because the only possible suspect seemed totally baffled as to what happened, and we just had to make em throw it out and remake it rather than find any real suspect.
Your comentary really puts into perspective how insane some of the shit thay happens really is.
And It's so cool to see people I know in your videos. Cliff Patel is my friend IRL. I was the red haired engi who walked past you when you were talking to the Jani and the captain.
I had spent most of my shift converting the AI room into a functional shuttle. The captain second death happened becaus they walked into the ai room with a ticking bomb to show it to me, Or something? Mind you, the captain did NOT have a space suit on, and proceeds to walk back into space. I follow him and he is sitting inside the station, watching the bomb tick down a distance outside because He wanted to see what the explosion looked like. I then leave and return to my shuttle construction.
The captain didn't die because of the bomb, he must have died from walking into space with no eva.
It's a shame you didn't get to see the ai room bump into evac.
So that how the cap died huh. Honestly it would have been weirder if he didn't die of something stupid... and involving the C4 he still had some reason.

Tyrone was soo powerful, he was able to force his objectives to complete themselves.
I was Joe stocker, the Jani, and ya I panicked, this was my third antag round so I panicked a ton. Hell the first bomb I used I armed it in my hands and had to yet it away from me

To be fair I had nothing on me and no proof I did anything. But yeah he was a bit of a goober.
I was the ce, i was so pissed. I got infuriated so many times by the captain. I had to ahelp it and CE (the admin) said thank you when I reported him so I’m happy my prayers were heard

gotta agree, that was a weird round, they gotta do like some kind of background check for captains these days
There is technically that weird thing where you need to have so-and-such hours of experience in every other department before NT lets you at the captain's chair, but apparently that's not a stringent enough method for filtering out the idiots.

The best syndicate rounds are the ones won without a single TC spent. Sometimes just being helpful and funny gets you further than C4... Until you have kill targets lmao

Cliff Patel here, I've come to say I had no idea if it was even possible to get the hypo that round. Also, I found the ID on the captain's corpse who was left in a hallway. I have no idea how I pulled that off. By sheer happenstance I managed to get 2/3 of my objectives done. My only item was a dual bladed esword, which I never used until the end(i was immediately bodied by a non-syndicate item). Shout out to AI shuttle "builder" (theft) Joani for unknowingly keeping me, the captain ID thief, in that shuttle waiting for the code blue was dying down.

at this point i only played tyrone a few times. i also dont play that often in general so i dont get recognized often i dont think

Live commentary is fun and all but honestly I much prefer this kind of afterward explanation of what exactly is going on scene to scene.
I really dislike syndicate rounds.
It would be much better if you only get 1 objective, and after time you get more.
Seems like ss14 command and sec really needs to be brought up on space law and chain of command.
First time I did 3/3 syndi missions I just cooperated with another agent. He needed HoP dead and he needed captain's ID. I needed nuke disc, so we decided to buy hypopen and that drug to take him down, then beating him to death (we were both low on TC at the moment, so we needed to buy things together). But that agent kinda just went AFK so I took all sus stuff from him and seeked for an opening for entire round. Then he came back to life again, at the end of the shift. Basically, we and a bunch of other random people just started to bash into command room on escape shuttle. For some reason, CMO just opened it for us. We just hypo'd cap a few times and tied his arms in a crowd. Then, we just took his bag and he didn't even remember us: that's how sudden we were. All objectives completed and all I did: talked to right person and cuffed one captain.
Pedro Hawkins is a notoriously annoying guy to deal with. Him being that kind of captain is no surprise.
Sec was annoying this round. No due process, straight into perma.
I wish sec wouldn't shit the bed everytime the idea of arresting the captain get's brought up lmao.

they raised the head role requirements to avoid shitcaps but they end up getting more shitcap because actual players are playing for fun and since role wants so much grind most of us gived up
Half them had those boots on because they were drafted into security.
Captain should be whitelist because of stuff like this
