He's brought such a lot of happiness and laughter to the world. Deserves the best in life.
He and Pops were the soul of the show along with Wendy. The show wasn't the same when Pops was gone
Sending all my love to you Jeff. Don't forget all the people that love you, and please just forget about the people that don't appreciate you. You are a jem and you have made so many people happy. I wish you all the health and happiness
I was at a very similar place in 2021, and am also doing a lot better now. I’m so glad to hear that Jeff had a good support system through such a tough time, and is getting to enjoy his work and life again. He’s doing a great thing by speaking out. He deserves all the best. ❤
So thankful for his honesty.
"This takes a lot of frosting... for him!" 🤣🤣🤣 Jeff seems like a genuine and sweet guy. Glad to hear he's better mentally!
Thank God Jeff Garlin is ok. I Love him. It is exciting to hear another Curb is happening.
Love this guy
He is likeable on The Goldbergs and even more so in real life.
Garlin and Conan were roommates in Chicago.
Love you Jeff
0:18 Uncle Jun and Bobby 🤣🤣
love you Jeff!
I have mental health problems and I accept him for who he is. I don't know the guy but he seems like a really nice guy
I love Susie Essman, and her musical theme.
I do and honestly respect Jeff and his mental health hopefully the world will forgive him 💯 percent
Forgive for what ?
Forgive what?
@Alex Hoffman he probably told a dirty joke on set of The Goldbergs and one person got offended and made a big deal about it is what I'm guessing so they had to fire him
For what??
You can't ''respect'' such an abstract concept as mental health, nor can you speak on behalf of the world that doesn't give a shit about Hollywood actors, get a grip
Idc if people don’t like the Goldberg anymore! I do miss Murray on the Goldberg! But sometimes things change and I respect that! Jeff probably want to focus on his mental health rn! The change isn’t so bad
I think the show should have ended, though.
It has become the same every episode. The kids are all grown now, and are college-age. The mother, who was a hilarious character in the first couple of seasons, is now unbearable. The show is full, and IMO, Pops and Murray were the two best characters and now, both are gone.
He could play Fred Flintstone if they do another live action Flintstones movie.
said nobody else ever
Jeff Garlin Will Be Tom Skilling’s Replacement as Meteorologist in WGN Evening News
Reach out 🙌
My man ✊🙏
And this is why I love WGN
I mean the cgi was terrible but thankfully Larry David keeps bringing him
back. He will never be out of work.
Firing Jeff Garlin was the worst thing The Goldbergs producers ever did.
So true...the show felt empty without him
Sounds like he was making life difficult for actors and staff alike. Could be because of how miserable he was under the surface? Glad he's getting help
Im glad Jeff didn't kill himself! He is such a grewt actor and, after watcging tgis interview, seems like a great guy in realife too.
Also, I never knew he had both bopolar and had a stroke either.
Randall park he’s A fun actor
Between living in Chicago and having Susie for a tv wife I can’t blame
You for feeling suicidal. Kidding, glad he’s doing better, he a great actor. God bless Jeff
I like his spot on Batman impression in season four
Goldbergs suck without him. This will be their last season.
They did a "James Evans" on him.
@@funkpill true!
Sure buddy. People have been saying it’s gonna be the last season since season 4 lol
@@blackbat908 looks like it’s true bc they just announced the last season
he's just a chill open guy, I really feel like someone on the goldbergs just had personal beef with him or misinterpreted his personality
He could play Harvey Weinstein
In a movie.
Omg yes...
hmmm…hollywood get up on this
😂
The episode in curb where people think he is Harvey Weinstein… 👀
He sounds so much like Seth Rogen 🤣
My little peanut
You Look Like A Mix Between John Goodman And Ron Perlman!
Shit bow lol😅

I'm convinced that playing pretend over and over again is just plain bad for your mental health.
All the abusive "bipolars" think they get a pass on their behaviour, it seems. No you don't. It was said by actors on set that he sent a disgusting text to a cast member telling them to come to set naked. I don't know which cast member that was, the adult or the child. The wife character gave the interview but they didn't say. The cast just said it finally caught up with him and it was about time. He called it all "jokes" and apparently he was sure he was untouchable despite it all. That's what fuels abusers. They get bored with their power and push the limits farther and farther. That's how the bored get their thrills.
" They" ill take that with a pinch of salt
@@richjohns8283 We didn't have to deal with the real thing doing things off camera. If he was such a cash cow why did they get rid of him? No one talked about too much money or he wanted to go. He swore he was not going anywhere, he liked his paycheque he said, and he was cut just like that.
@@elainegmorrisonunfortunately it was after he left the ratings went down and now they had to cancel this beloved show.
@@jokerswildio I used to like it but when I saw repeats I realized how abusive and horrible the parents actually were to the kids each episode. They broke them and then were all nice to make up for it. It was gross.
@@elainegmorrison I think it went both ways...I think the kids were also disrespectful and even somewhat abusive to the parents as well. Then they always made up at the end. Really it just captured family life.
Maybe it is from his weed smoking.
Puff Puff 💨
Nothing wrong with weed
he was fired for shame
I thought Harvey Weinstein was in jail?
Sweet Jesus, what a slob.
The people commenting here do know that he was fired for inappropriate behaviour in set right
What's so vague.
What did he do specifically? What inappropriate behavior did he do?
@@notthefather3919
I think:
Was emotionally abusive on set
And called/referred cast members by sexist nicknames
@@ScrappySolos I feel sorry for you
"big bowl of both" does not deserve a laugh
He does look exactly like Harvey Weinstein
imagine being a millionaire AND suicidal
Money doesn’t buy happiness
Then you don't understand depression.
I had a relative with depression and so I don't say something I shouldn't ( like you did) , I actually read up on depression.
Depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. No-one knows why some are more prone to it than others, but depression suppresses the part of the brain which brings happiness and joy. It causes the one who has it to feel perpetually melancholy and it can lead to extremes such as suicidal thoughts. Most suicides are by people suffering depression.
Someone with depression doesn't want to die, but they don't want to live with their depression either. They see no hope, and the brain tricks them into believing that they will always feel that way. Some feel that their only escape is suicide, as they feel things will never be better, and that they are a burden on everyone.
One of the biggest fears they have is how they will be treated if they tell anyone. In a society that tells you to "toughen up", " don't complain" and keeping the stiff upper lip, people with depression even feel guilty about feeling the way they do.
Thankfully, my relative told the filt, and we rallied around him. He got help (as there are anti-,depressants that can help) and he was able to get better, though he has times where he falls back into it.
It is a mental illness, and society needs to talk about it more. Ignorant comments or not speaking as a society about it doesn't help.
How much money you have makes no difference to deal with depression and suicidal thoughts.
@@raymondosullivan1958 My brother had a bit of money that he saved over the years, and was able to buy a house.
He had a lot of money, but it didn't help him with Stage 4 metastatic cancer. You can't buy what doesn't exist, and there is no cure.
My point is, there are some things money can't buy. Health and family are the most important things, because without those things, money doesn't matter as much.
@@dhenderson1810 Very well said Dale. So true. Sorry to hear about your brother and I hope you and your family are doing well. God Bless
I can't
Let’s keep in mind that (I think) Jeff was emotionally abusive on-set and called female cast members sexist names
No he wasn’t. ABC has created an environment that’s too woke for someone like garlin to thrive in. Network Wokeness caused Garlin to get fired.
That's what he was a accused of but it was never proven! And he left in his own,he wasn't fired!
He really seems to have a lot of inner rage and urge to be the center of attention. I hope he is OK, but something about him in person here and in the podcast is really off-putting.
@@superstarreviews9937 They spoke to him about it three years in a row, asking him to quit the offensive behavior. He himself said that he was just joking and as a comedian that's just who he is, so he wasn't going to change. So he essentially admitted it. The only disagreement is whether or not it was offensive. And yes he was fired.
Why is it always "mental health awareness" when an actor has sexuall predation tendencies, but never when a celebrity has a mental health outbreak that doesnt involve being an actual predator
It's so sad to hear this man this way. I guarantee if he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior his life would start to turn into wonderful things. It's not magical. It's not instantaneous. It's still takes work on his part. He never guaranteed us an easy path in life. However, he guarantees the "only" cure and eternal path. I'm ready for all of the anti-Jesus how dare you comments... Save yourselves the time and trouble. They won't affect me one bit. I said a prayer for Jeff. I hope he gets some relief from his mental and emotional pain very soon.
The Goldbergs was such a terrible show.
