This has been happening for awhile and he does this when not in his car. I have seen him pullover doing this and then blacks out for seconds, I have seen him talking to someone and his head starts bobbing as if saying yes, and there was no music on and starts to bob again. He has done this in several videos. Something is obviously wrong with this. I have been researching this bobbing of his head and it is either a neurological problem or sign of drug use. He is not bobbing to music
