are you perhaps on a private server when you recorded this video? i've never seen a character go above 159-163% attack speed and i've done so many attack speed comparisons before. there was a video of wanderer attacking really fast in a private server that's not possible in official servers due to the cap - can you prove to me this was done in an official server by showing your uid next time and character details open with ayato c4 and another character holding r5 song of broken pines?

mihoyo needs to start growing some balls and embrace absurd broken ideas for the sake of making fun creative characters. Give us a real hack and slash characters with the main gimmick is to increase atk speed to insane levels

Why are you saying “actually” as if your refuting the evidence clearly in the video? The limit is not 160%, it’s just diminishing returns on the speed. You can clearly see in the video that even 231% is slightly faster than 201%. 231% is noticeably faster than 159%. Idk how you don’t see that and just spread misinformation.
