But I had to do this✨ Yh it only hit me a few months ago, how sending love and healing to our past can really change a person life. I've done it in the past... But when u really sit down and talk to the other version or younger self, will your experience be different. I truly felt a shift in my past life when I spoke to my younger self. So if that is possible.. why not other lives that we live in at the present moment. I've seen moments of my other lives... But this moment was so different. It was a very "walk in spirit" kind of experience
