Thank you Saverio, im using a VST called Archetype DSP, Gojira signature. It's a digital amp if you don't know a lot about them.

The thing with "emotional" music is it generally doesnt use "half" notes or octaves. Youre a very talented musician and this was a very good solo, but if you listen to most emotional storytelling songs theres no half notes. I hope im explaining myself in a manner that you understand but i hear in literal perfect pitch so half notes etc really stand out to me. Think along the lines of "do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do. Theres no halfway, so it almost sounds out of tune when you use a half "do" or a half "re". Incredible playing though and this is just me being incredibly picky and probably hearing more in the music than the "average" person. Id love to hear this in a "pure" scale. Nice job none the less 👍👍👍

I definetely het your point Jonodan! The thing is I'm using those half notes on purpose since I'm within the melodic minor scale. I do agree though that just a minor scale would be more appropriate for an "emotional" solo. Thanks for your honest advice!
