I once had a brief conversation with Paul on a subway train in lower Manhattan. He looked wary of me as I recognized him, but relaxed when I complimented his portrayal of John Adams.
You guys are hilarious, I love Paul Giamatti, this should have 1 million views, it's kind of amazing I feel like I found this thing that everyone isn't aware of yet and it's amazing. I'm so happy you have this Podcasts it's spectacular
Amy is hilarious. I totally enjoyed this. I had to go to RUclips so I can see her face. But on Spotify, I was smiling a lot. I don't remember how I discovered this podcast (maybe Twitter...?) but I'm glad I did. Your other convo stuff are fascinating. I am going thru all your episodes at this time. 😊
Such a great podcast! So glad I found this, Paul and Stephen are the guys you want to have a beer and conversation with! An absolute pleasure. Its just a matter of time before everyone is talking about this podcast!
As an American who's lived in Japan for close to 30 years I agree Japan is a fascinating place. One major difference between Americans and Japanese people is their approach to individuality. It can seem sometimes like Americans walk around carrying a neon sign that says, "I'm Here! Me! Me!! Me!!!". Whereas my feeling is that for Japanese people their individuality is like a really nice, classic, gold pocket watch that they always carry with them without always showing off. They just take it out when they need it...
i believe miss sedaris was goofing when she tossed in william katz among her "ghosts", william katz was "tommy ross" the handsome date of carrie....the joke/implication being her visions were all phantasy.

Whoa this animation style is incredible.
Just the beginning with the nudity... Is this AI?
I would watch a whole feature film in this style.
Paul being naked on stage is no laughing matter! I REALLY enjoy your podcast! Keep wagging those chins! :D
My College students are terrified of going to class because they know they can't swipe people away.
I was amazed to find out that Water Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese is a real thing.
William Katt - not dead. 😊
