I have very bad baggage experience with Air Asia.My baggage weight was less than 7 kgs and the length was 2 inch higher than their standard.and which could have been easily folded to suit their requirements.
But unfortunately and to my utter surprise they cherged me Rs.2489 for the bag size.
And finally i was not allowed to carry the bag and they sent it to luggage.
Have travelled many international flights but Air Asia happens to be the worst as they recover low air charge money from luggage by innovating faults in it.
So sorry to hear that...it's actually bad experience. So far we have't face it.

ভাইয়া, আমি আর আমার ওয়াইফ মালয়েশিয়া তে স্টুডেন্ট ভিসায় আছি, আমরা মালয়েশিয়া থেকে অনলাইনে ইভিসা এর আবেদন করেছি, ভিসা এপ্লাই করার সময় Hanoi সিটি এন্ট্রি এক্সিট দিয়েছিলাম, এখন আমরা কি ho chi Minh সিটি দিয়ে এন্ট্রি এক্সিট করতে পারবো? আর ভিসার মেয়াদ চেয়েছিলাম ১ মাস এর জন্যে, কিন্তু দিছে মাত্র ১৫ দিনের জন্যে, লাস্ট ডেট এই ২৬ জুন, কিন্তু আমরা ফ্লাই করতে চাই ৫-৭ জুলাই, আমরা তখন গেলে কি ঢুকতে পারবো ভিয়েতনাম এ? আমরা রিটার্ন টিকিট কিনবো? কুয়ায়ালামপুর টু ভিয়েতনাম টু কুয়ালালামপুর

আমাদের ৬-৮ জুলাই ছাড়া আর কোনো সুযোগ নেই, ওনারা কি কারণে যে মাত্র ১৫ দিনের ভিসা দিলো বুঝলাম না, আজ ১৪ তারিখ, কিন্তু ভিসা আজকে দিলো ১১-২৬ জুন
