Brush sizing across brands is so unreliable. I do buy some online but generally I have to go into the shop and have a good look at what is available because a size 4 in one brand is not a size 4 in another.

so true, I only order brushes online that I know I like if they are the more expensive ones.🙂

If you can put a diffuser head on your hairdryer, (they look like a shower rose) that may soften the flow of air and not push your water colour paint across the page.
