Much respect for that homie. Majority of Mexican Gangs in California will have some that are not Mexican. We really don't see color if you are around us. We just see a homeboy or even a homegirl who is down for the hood. The racial thing only appears that way to everyone when one race goes against another different race gang but it's only just like all others who are trying to defend there hood. Great interview.

Well said Joe. Too often people are confused b/c of the classifications/generalizations. The truth? Most Raza doesn't focus on skin complexion or "race." Rather, Raza focuses on culture, the way you carry/conduct yourself.

I mean I seen the pare young interview too and you could really tell and see the pain this guys been through and how he was soft spoken but just feel the hurt when he talked about his life especially about his moms. Glad he can open up more, and continue to share his experiences with other people. Cuz lord knows people need to hear this shit. Keep bring the real content Sergio.💪🏼💪🏼

cheers for the interviews bro. its refreshing to hear a good host ask the right questions for the guest to express their true personality through the words of their stories. also the fact that you're letting the guest talk instead of cutting them off trying to interject your ideas every other minute like most other channels with the same format.

Stay out of gangs y’all. Listen to these interviews as a lesson or just entertainment. I know a lot of youngsters would listen to these in the wrong light. It ain’t cool to join a gang specially in the USA. This shit is real don’t do the crime unless you can do the crime. Please look up the potential charges with a lawyer before committing any activities. There’s so many more life if you finish school and be a cool nerd. You don’t have to be a square just because you don’t do gangster shit.

Awesome interview Sergio. I've seen OG Chino on other channels, but you just seem to have a knack for asking specific questions the others did not or touch upon much. The way you ask also puts them at ease and open up. Even though Chino may not have told every detail, I definitely have a better understanding of what he went through.
I'd love to see you interview other races who were involved with Asian gangs. I read about white guys who were harcore members and shot callers of Vietnamese based gangs in Orange County, and ran with them in jail. I'm sure those would be fascinating.

Great Video! I lived on Perlita ave ages-14-26. Almost next to the chevychasepark where most those pictures were taken. I remember the weekend carwashes and so many experiences , seems im just 4 to 5 years younger then the homie chino, thou I never did cross roads with him, much props to him for keeping his mind on straight road and relate to most of his story like he said back then it was how it was, thou things got worse for people like me with resident status or no citizenship, damn after a whole decade after turning 17 through eastlake, lacounty supermax , and then dealing feds at age 18 and deporting me to T.J crossing back and then again and again, after 5 deportations and not being able to return to the u.s.a , and the worse of it not even a single felony. Living in T.J now man how life here is a whole different twist. By the way there's a couple of my childhood friends from TVR here in T.J, . ANyways Im glad to hear his story i can relate how things are different now specially here not even worth it.

It hurts to hear a brother go through such abuse while growing up and I can't even imagine the pain/struggles he faced. Great interview. Anyone who’s ever been in that life knows what a relief it is to get out of it. In the 90’s it was a different kinda respect. We had people we had to answer to if broke certain rules.
