  • End of week 6 for The Comeback. In this time ive done 3x 5km as my speed work and this week i head to the Winter Runs 10km to see if the improvements will extend to racing a 10km.
The end goal is to be able to race a 100 mile ultra while feeling fit and health- the speed work and fitness gains will play a role at allowing the slower pace to feel more comfortable.
Let me know what you think.

Would like to, but legs are a bit tired after quite a lot of riding last week. But who am I to complain, compairing to your training regime!? If I'm back home from work in good time I would probably join 🙂@@thewattlife

Max, for a 40 min effort where would you put xW/kg compared to 6.00 mile pace? As a non -runner, it would interesting to know how they compare.
