All of the vent names have some kind of relation to what happens in the event, we won't know exactly until after we get to see the story. In this case though, Substellar Crepuscule means a twilight relating to soemthing smaller than the sun. So we can assume that this event won't be big in itself, but may lay the foundation for soemthing much bigger in the future. Kind of like how we had a large number of events leading up to the reveal of those eldritch horrors in Clemenceaus' event.
