Some constructive criticism. make the intro shorter, and play the intro after a summery of the video topics and leave it on a question. Titles should also be question to increase engagement. Last to really hold people's attention please background music while you are speaking. RUclipss most important sense to engage is sound then camera/lighting . Did you get the contract? IF not, does it feel less scary submitting the following bids. The windows can ALWAYS be added in at an extra charge if they weren't expressly included in the initial bid. If the contractor gave you a performance sheet then that would be what they would be expecting.

Did my first bid for final cleaning 130,000 sqft I forgot to add windows and acm cleaning. I dont even know what acm is
