Any ideas of what could be wrong with my Aprilaire 5000? I put in a new filter and left the mesh hanging over the filter, put the metal crate back on and put it in the unit. When I turn the unit on and have the air blowing the blue light doesn't come on. If I open the door and turn it on it is BLUE but as soon as I plug it back in to the unit it turns off. Unit is pretty clean otherwise.
I haven't seen that problem before.

The camera does not show the entire area he is working in and DOES NOT explain what he is doing as he akes out the old filter.
