    *_It took me 2 years to lose 70 lbs.i do Intermittent fasting and 30 min workout each _**_day.In_**_ total its been 4 years since my journey started.I look like a totally diff person and ppl dont even recognize me anymore_*

    i started with strict IF for one year. lost 100 lbs. still doing it now but expanded my eating window to accommodate my food intake as im trying to build muscles. reduced cardio in terms of intensity by just walking 2-3x a week and resistance training 5x a week
