    i am making a project and having problem, i have a pam 8610 connected to 20watt 4ohm + 10watt 4ohm speakers in series on both channels so 8ohm per channel and power supply as 3x 18650 batteries, input from 5v Bluetooth module which gets power from a 7805 regulator , i have also added capacitors between battery and amplifier of 4700uf+1000uf and a 22k resistor on sound output from Bluetooth module to reduce distortion but it still has a lot of distortion and clipping and most song are not even listenable and a voltage drop of 0.2-0.4v while running plus the chip runs hot even having heatsink on top, pls help i am stuck

      do not try to be more jugadu in order to fullfill your requirements, so please do not add speakers in series or parallel in order to maintain ohm and wattage. connect 4ohm speakers on each channel. and if you are using 18650 in series then use perfect bms and never use 7805 voltage regulators for highly sensitive project like audio amplification cause 7805 is like jugadu or sasta way to regulate voltage and it makes lot of frequencies which can get easily catch by amplifier. in order to prevent it, you can use aditional 4v battery to power up bluetooth module.your problem will be solved.

      the distortion is coming in the form of frequencies not in form of voltage so you can not avoid by resistance or capacitors, you have to common the grounds, so that aditional frequencies coming from 7805 can be ground. by the way you never should use 7805 in amplifiers because 7805 makes very bad frequency which can get caught by amplifiers easily and amplifier would distort your sound badly.

    Hi there! Thanks for the video. I would like to ask you a question. I have the same circuit. As soon as I increase the volume above half on my device, the amp's sound becomes louder for a split second and cuts off, this loops until I put it back onto half volume. Do you know why? Thanks.

    Pam8610 ko kitne apmear ke transfer se supply de sakte hai
    Maine 12-0-12 ke 1 apmear se supply diya hai to valume badane par board off ho jata fir on hota fir off hota ........

      this amplifier board not design to make studio quality sound.. I think you should use other amplifier boards they will give you much accurate sound like studio.. this amplifier board is designed to give low mid and bass output only..

      let me think ye bhi kya possible hai? maximum ham 20 watt nikal sakte hain.. is ic ke data sheet anusar per channel 10 wat hai.. agar ine donon Ko kisi bhi tarike se bridge banaa bhi De to sirf 20 watt niklega..
