Kent Countryside walk via National Trust Chiddingstone & Hever (swcwalks)

- As lockdown rules relaxed, Andy and I met up with our friend Beck to go for a long, Kent countryside walk - starting in Hever and ending in Leigh. During this Kent walk, we passed Hever Castle, where Anne Boleyn courted Henry VII, walked through Chiddingstone village, an impressive Tudor village, with a half-timbered house or two, mostly owned and managed by the National Trust (The church, school and Chiddingstone Castle aside). After more hiking through the English countryside, we arrived into Penshurst with a magnificent entry - under a medieval house! Penshurst Place, built in the 1th century, was easier to view than the earlier Hever Castle. It's funny how we long for the things we don't have on our doorstep - I'm envious that in one country you can go from tropical beaches 🌴 to mountains 🏕️ and deserts 🏜️ yet the castle's I've taken for granted for long. So pleased you've enjoyed the series and I hope you'll equally enjoy what's coming up next!
@@WhenAdventureKnox It's a really good point. I didn't move to the mountains until age 14, so I still uniquely appreciate them unlike lifelong residents. Nice teaser...you know I'll be watching!

Hi Ronald. Sorry to hear this. I fear I may have lost you completely so not sure if I'll get a reply, but figure I can at least try. I was only monetised 2 months ago, so the settings for monetising my videos are all a bit new to me and naturally I'm eager to find a happy balance between being able to earn money for the work I put into the videos, but also still keep watchers happy. Would you say of the 2 videos you commented on regarding too many adverts that there were more than you'd normally see on other RUclipsr's videos? If yes, was it the video ads that stop my video, the overlay banner ads, combo of both?
