Is it legal to ride scooters on the trails near downtown Houston Kelvin? Just bought a GX3 last month and want to ride the trails there like you. Been years since I been there but last time I went I took my mountain bike on a wrong sidewalk trail i guess for only for people to walk and run on Memorial Drive and this man got so angry at me and my friend. Any info would help, maybe I'll see you out there that would be cool! Stay safe.
