Another girl who worked with us emigrated from Africa and on her first shift with us (closing) she stood with jaw hanging open as we tossed the food. She couldn't believe how wasteful we were being. I couldn't either; we could have at least arranged for the leftover food to be donated to a shelter or to the homeless. Myself and a few other people brought it up to management, and we were told that if they got sick eating that food the company would be held liable and open to lawsuit. Basically they cared more about the bottom line and money then they did about being compassionate human beings. I only ended up working for them for a year (partly because of that, but also because they refused to give me full time).

Didn't Nick Cage have a movie where his character could see 2 minutes into the future? The scene at the end where you can see all sorts of versions of him looking two minutes ahead and exploring a warehouse for a bomb or whatever it was and checking all the traps was actually a bit epic.
10 minutes for me, what would be the point in looking 150 years, I likely won't live that long so everything going on there will be outside anything I would really be able to do anything about. 10 mins seems good for me.
Depends on what/how much can you see. If you can see Google/Wikipedia or something akin to it in the future, you've discovered infinite money glitch. All the results of bets, lottery winning numbers,... Or you can go the academic route and just steal technology from the future, same result, but advances all of humanity, and since the future has now changed, repeat. You also become immortal, well, ageless, using this strategy.
Not true for me, but maybe OP has younger adults in family (siblings kids, grands, etc) who would enjoy an 'old school check' with such an awesome photo on it for b-day and the like! lol
10 minutes would be nice on a local level, 150 years would let us see what will happen and if it’s bad, how to avoid it. If I had to pick, it’d be the 150 years so that we can prepare for the future as best we can. It’s not perfect, but 10 minutes might be too late to stop something from happening.
10 minutes into the future for me. At least that's enough to change some things. As to the MC... very nice. Good job OPs. Though 3rd can be brought up for trespass too. Local laws may vary. Thanks to all OPs and KCC for this episode
I'd rather have the ability to look into past, just for the purpose of factchecking history as an amusement, and for the purpose of investigation of cases
If 150yrs was a range limit, like I can see anytime from 0 to 150yrs, then that's what I would choose. Otherwise it's practically useless to me and I'll go for the 10 minutes and make some money off the predictions.
10 minutes because I could do something about it and capitalize on it for the good of others, my family, and even myself … who knows, maybe even for the good of humanity.

10 min into the future. Any number of gambling opportunities that are 10 min or less per round. Roulette, Horse races and similar. Here in Australia there is a 5 min ( well 3.5 min) lotto game called Keno, so having a 10 min lead means you can put in numbers 2 games away, with all (or close) to the winning numbers, that's the bills paid for the week. Once every few years win a big prize, that's the house / holiday / retirement paid for.
10 minutes into the future because it's not that long from now and I would rather not feel the need to prevent the future I see from happening, knowing that I can't prove that I'm actually seeing that future and can't do much
I am selfish. I would want to see 10 minutes into the future because I would stay out of trouble that way. I life with little or no mistakes. Also I could help people with medical problems. Stroke or heart issues.
10 minutes into the future? Depends on what situation I'm in Example I can see if a stock splits 10 min ahead That many yrs? Depends again what I'm looking 4 or into
you dont have to pay for ER visits here (US), we pay a tax called "the local services tax" formerly "the local emergency tax" it covers ALL EMERGENCY services including ambulance rides and ER visits. they changed the name of the tax cause it now also covers many other services that are not emergency related, but it still covers all emergencies. ER = EMERGENCY room. most dont know this, but if you deny the bill they cant send it to collectiosn as they have already been paid via state funding, even private hospitals geta kick back if they have an ER. have never and will never pay those bills andthey have never hit my credit score... which i can also just pay the CB to increase y score now... so dont worry about your credit int his regards...
Not going to lie, if I had to choose one of the powers you mentioned I'd go with Ten minutes into the future. The reason is actually pretty simple, and truth be told a Nicholas Cage movie already covered it. But, if you could see ten minutes into a future you would never have to work another day in your life. Well, let me say that in a different way. You would never have to work a crap job again for the rest of your life. Go to any casino, and look around. Now, you can go for the quick grab. Find a slot machine that is about to jackpot and go to it. Sure, and that would work. But you can't do it too many times. They're going to start wondering how it is that you know what slot machines are about to pay out. That's not to say that you don't go to them. Absolutely do, but take the smaller payouts. A few hundred dollars over the mega millions. Do that, and rotate. Never win more than a couple of machines in a night at the same casino. Just to throw them off, purposefully intend to lose about twenty to forty dollars. Just make sure the slot machine you are going to win at will pay out a couple of hundred. Consider it a win and go on. Next, if you need other income consider becoming a 'psychic' in a carny show. Learn some slight of hand, and tell what's going to happen in the future. Make sure that it's simple stuff, the kind of thing that pretty much anyone could guess. Work about two or three shows a night, maybe three nights a week. If you do it right you'll be making, effectively, about six or seven grand a month. Is it oh my God money? No, but it's nothing to sneeze at. Decent income, and really all you need to do is learn to switch your routine up a little.
OK so the ability to see what society will evolve to, or make millions from gambling, a horse race lasts about 3 minutes so you know who to bet for ahead of time and make BANK
I’d rather be able to see 10 minutes into the future. If I saw a 150 years in the future then it’d probably be depressing, also I probably wouldn’t even be able to see since I’m dead. At least with 10 minutes I can know what’s going to happen around me and then dodge or catch something while looking like a total baddy. A stupid use, sure, but at least I feel cool
For the 'Would You Rather...?' It kinda depends on what you mean by "see"... If it is literally just seeing what's going on in front of where I am, in the future, with no additional ability to learn...definitely 10 minutes. But, if you mean to remotely see anything that is in the future, knowledge from 150 years in the future could give me information that might SIGNIFICANTLY improve the lives of everyone around me. Especially if you can "see" a sports almanac, a la 'Back To The Future.'
Assuming the ability is reusable, 10 mins into the future. Much more useful overall. If it's a one off, then 150 years. Then I'd be able to tell people close to me what knowledge to pass down as far as state of the world, maybe some stuff to invest in, etc., to give them a better life around then.
Story 3: My first job was at Taco Bell...they were so anal about no food being taken that they actually started LOCKING THE DUMPSTER after putting the waste food in it. Yeah...they didn't want homeless people going into the trash bin to get the waste food out without paying for it...just plain assholes.
Not necessarily. I’ve plenty of times had to deal with cleaning up the results of people dumpster diving where I work. They could also be locking it to prevent people from dumping their garbage in there. Not fun having to try and get your dumpster emptied on an emergency basis ($150+) on Friday because some asshole didn’t want to pay $20 at the dump.
@@RajaniIsa As I mentioned above I worked there...the manager stated that she was ordered by corporate to lock out the homeless from getting the waste food.

260 BP??? Morphine??? This is either mistold or bullshit. With 260 I'd say they wanted to give OP Nitroglicerine, which downs BP like hell but gives migraine.
It's impossible to look into the future at any time just for the fact the knowledge of the future that person would change the future by obviously avoiding or investing or what-have-you so it is no longer the future but an alternate timeline
I want to see 10 years in the future I'll be in the dirt in the second opinion. in 10 years I would like to see a clue about what not to do and how to mintage the damage that might happen. The future is not in stone multiverse theory might be prevented by that power. but hey I'm crazy.

If you can choose what you see i would pick the 150 years in the future, and start reading all the information that will help me in the present, for example the winning lotery numbers, best stock to buy, etc
Double bag before setting in the dumpster. Then you have a clean inner bag to carry out.
Didn't Nick Cage have a movie where his character could see 2 minutes into the future? The scene at the end where you can see all sorts of versions of him looking two minutes ahead and exploring a warehouse for a bomb or whatever it was and checking all the traps was actually a bit epic.
10 minutes. It's las vegas time!
10 minutes for me, what would be the point in looking 150 years, I likely won't live that long so everything going on there will be outside anything I would really be able to do anything about. 10 mins seems good for me.
10 minutes I'd rather know how my work shift will start then see how life will be after I'm dead
Back to the future 2
Biff Tannen and the Sports Almanac 1950 - 2000
Not true for me, but maybe OP has younger adults in family (siblings kids, grands, etc) who would enjoy an 'old school check' with such an awesome photo on it for b-day and the like! lol
Almost spat out my drink listening to those pun's haha
10 minutes would be nice on a local level, 150 years would let us see what will happen and if it’s bad, how to avoid it. If I had to pick, it’d be the 150 years so that we can prepare for the future as best we can. It’s not perfect, but 10 minutes might be too late to stop something from happening.
10 minutes into the future would be way better since you can use it to impact your real life
10 minutes into the future for me.
10 mins into the future because I don't even plan that far ahead.
150. Because life is pretty boring right now it'll be interesting to see what people up to in 150 :)
Hey Rob, Love the question. I'd want to see 150 years in the future. I'd be fascinated in the scientific discoveries and how people would live with these advances.
Epic! I'm going to be adding these into the beginning of the videos going forward as they really encourage people to comment :) Look for a particularly crazy on on the Nuclear Revenge video coming out tomorrow :)
Agreed, but if I can't find a way to use that tech NOW, feels like it would be too much of a tease. :D
10 minutes into the future because it's not that long from now and I would rather not feel the need to prevent the future I see from happening, knowing that I can't prove that I'm actually seeing that future and can't do much
Good afternoon!! Thanks for the stories. Have a great day
150 years in to the future!
10 minutes in the future so I win the lottery
150 years and at least a week of whats going on. Want to see whats new and what hasn't changed.
I am selfish. I would want to see 10 minutes into the future because I would stay out of trouble that way. I life with little or no mistakes. Also I could help people with medical problems. Stroke or heart issues.
10 minutes into the future?
Depends on what situation I'm in
Example
I can see if a stock splits 10 min ahead
That many yrs?
10 minutes. Seeing too far into the future is too much. I already worry outside of myself, I don't need the ability to be able to be obsessed with it.
10 minutes into the future. Would hopefully avoid some mess-ups lol
If you consider that nothing is set in stone that is...
Rob, you're incorrigible! he he!
10 mins. Its not even a competition.
Eye come here for the stories, and stay for the puns.
150 years into the future. Because presumably I could view the future where lotto numbers are shown from our current age
10 minutes into the future, because honestly who needs to be able to see so far ahead when they won’t even be alive for it to affect them.
10 minutes….. then I’d become a day trader
10 mins because it could mean the difference between life and death in some cases. Also for financial gain ngl. 🤷
Isn’t there some law against that? Lol. Just seems weird.
@@guitarbass22
Sadly no
@@guitarbass22 why would there be a law against locking your dumpster?
Not necessarily. I’ve plenty of times had to deal with cleaning up the results of people dumpster diving where I work. They could also be locking it to prevent people from dumping their garbage in there. Not fun having to try and get your dumpster emptied on an emergency basis ($150+) on Friday because some asshole didn’t want to pay $20 at the dump.
@@RajaniIsa
As I mentioned above I worked there...the manager stated that she was ordered by corporate to lock out the homeless from getting the waste food.
10 minutes into the future.
You could strike it rich obviously...the lottery, slots, horse racing...
150 years of history wouldn't mean as much to you I think.
Thanks Rob!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖 .10 mins...no one needs to know that far in future...
Ill see 150 years future, because ofer that they me there be many timelines due to so many bytterfly effects
10 minutes into the future, that sounds more useful.
260 BP??? Morphine???
This is either mistold or bullshit.
With 260 I'd say they wanted to give OP Nitroglicerine, which downs BP like hell but gives migraine.
Good afternoon
It's impossible to look into the future at any time just for the fact the knowledge of the future that person would change the future by obviously avoiding or investing or what-have-you so it is no longer the future but an alternate timeline
If I had the choice, I'd want to be able to see 10 min. into the future...
Then I'd go play Poker in the Las Vegas Casinos...
😄😁😆😅😂🤣
10 minutes because of fun
10 minutes into the future
Puns are bad and you should feel bad you monster
LOL
You love it and you know it 😘
10 minutes think about betting on horse or dog races? Asking people out on dates.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
I want to see 10 years in the future I'll be in the dirt in the second opinion. in 10 years I would like to see a clue about what not to do and how to mintage the damage that might happen. The future is not in stone multiverse theory might be prevented by that power. but hey I'm crazy.
10 minutes into the future - great for casinos, maybe day trading of stocks. Not much I could do with knowing 150 years into the future.
