This is Interesting as I've only been a RN for 2 years and I just accepted a hospice admissions position at 95k. Something tells me I should've asked for more but I figured that's pretty good for new nurse. I found hospice to pay the most as no other position I applied for was paying that high. Kudos to you for case management as I was a case manager and didn't like it lol.
That is really good for a fairly new RN. What state are you in? Yes CM was sooo much. I loved hospice though. It was the documentation and case load 😩 How are you liking admissions?
@nursed.porchae990 Texas. Well I start next week but I did inpatient hospice and loved it! I picked admissions as I knew I wouldn't like case management or taking call. But I hear hospital case management is different do you like it?
@@1babygirlg I'm so sorry for late reply. I did like hospital case management. It's different from hospice. You do no bedside in the role. Mostly, just assist with codes on your floor (s) (take the loved ones out of the room, grab what's needed)
