hi nikki, have been inspired by your videos and have sent in my first shipment to amazon, it has taken two weeks from sending the parcel to get to the received stage, who makes the listing active, will amazon let me know to make items active or do they automatically do it for you. thank you.
Hi Nikki! I’ve noticed Amazon is jumping onto my listings and tanking the price. They are offering products for less than the cost of the product and the Amazon fees. I can’t compete. They weren’t selling multiple items that I listed until after I listed them. What do I do when this happens.
When you have order this large and several boxes, do you yourself take them to UPS? Is there a service you use?

Can you do a video for beginners searching at Costco? I just got my account approved but don’t really know how to see how much profit I will make in the seller app because it always asks a lot of things about the product so I’m not sure . Thanks
When you scan it just needs you to add the price.

Nikki I have a question. I just passed all of the verification requirements and my seller account was approved. I logged into my account right away so that I could look around the page and then less than a minute later a red box popped up on my seller central page that said my account has been deactivated. I received an email from Amazon a few minutes later saying that they have suspended my account. I haven't even bought any items or started to do anything. The next day they charged my credit card $.01 and then I got an email that told me that in order to reactivate my account I have to schedule an appointment to complete my identity verification via video call within the next 7 days. I am so scared that I did something wrong or messed up something because why else would they approve me and turn my account on and then instantly suspend me? I have lived in Ohio for 51 years and have lived in the same house with the same job for almost 20 years. Nothing at all sketchy with me so I just don't understand what I did wrong. Do you have any advice on this? Please help. Thanks, Michelle
Hey Michelle, sometimes you do have to do the mail plus visual ID check. I would set an appointment with them and double check that you have a credit card and not a debit card added to your account. Sometimes this can throw it off too.

Curious why you state that by November/December you can no longer FBA…but you can FBM..? Are you saying you can’t send any product in during those months?
Because of the time it takes to arrive and FC transfer around the warehouses if you send in holiday specific things FBA they will likely arrive to the customer AFTER Christmas
