Difference between Santana proposing and Blaine proposing was that Santana and Brittany were both out of High School and they were together and planning their future, Blaine was still in High School at the time, he and Kurt hadn't gotten back together when he first thought of proposing.

Heather deserves so much more credit for her singing seeing as she wasn’t as well trained or professional as some of the others, cause their voices compliment each other so well. They had the best scenes of season 6 Also 2 of my other scenes was in the last episode when sue and Becky towards in each other on the hallway and sue speech in the auditorium The unholy trinity performance we got in episode 2 was nice also . Although they were the best written and the most mature healthy couple in the show for me they didn’t get their just do.
