I know Wistia is quite good, give them a try. Im not sure what specific use case you have, but sometimes having the video on site is the only way to achieve certain effects. If that the case for you, just make sure to compress the video and it should be fine!

For images, you don't need to do that. Framer automatically does the optimization part.
