This is bullet for my valentine. Look at the lyrics and the meaning behind them. That has always been bullet. They have always brought meaning to what they are singing its not all about the sound or voice. This album is fucking amazing in its own way. Each album is unique in their own way. I think this album is great. You go bfmv! You don't like it, move on. All bands are subject to change
Ariel M I agree, the lyrics are amazing in my opinion and show how Bullet for my Valentine truly is. It just seems to me like they kinda put these words in cotton to make it more family friendly or something. Don't get me wrong, I like this style but I prefer the harder stuff of them because I could feel the frustration and anger.

17/03/2021 I lost my Dad to chronic liver complications. I was in the hospital finishing the necessary formalities when the chorus of this song was constantly being played in my head. Will forever be grateful for the band for giving us such a beautiful piece ❤

10 seconds in and this song got me in a sad mood. My favorite track of the album. If you guys read / watch interviews, Matt said he doesnt want to be in the band anymore because his divorce is tearing him apart since he also has his son Evan so the creation of this album GRAVITY is his emotional outlet as a person and as an artist. This is also the way of bullet trying out new things outside of their comfort zone. If you cant accept changes / evolution, you guys can always go back to older bullet albums or probably just move on. BFMV
This album is 100% a vibe. So good. Everything about it is good. I always come back to it. You know a band is good when they show this level of versatility. Easy 10/10
Guarantee most haters will come back to this album at some point in there life!

Can't understand some 'fans' are butthurt just cuz Bullet changed from Venom again, you have to know music is an experimental trip, you can't stick with something you already did in the past. Why would you do something you've peak already? As a musician once you start recording a new album you try not to repeat any of the stuff you've done before cause it will always be compared. This new album can stand alone and still rocks! Some of you need to listen to new songs for what they are and stop comparing stuff!!

Show no Mercy was rather melodic, Hell awaits got already harsher, Reign in Blood was the album, where they have turned completely their back on any melodies or other annoying stuff and did just pure Thrash. South of Heaven was more progressive, while Seasons in the Abyss was kind of a mixture of Reign and South. They have kept the style on Divine Intervention, sadly most people didn't listen to Slayer after Seasons in the Abyss, and actually only know Reign in Blood, South of Heaven and Seasons in the Abyss. Otherwise they would have noticed that Slayer got more and more into the Groove and Nu Metal Scene, which you could perfectly hear out in Diabolus in Musica and God hates us all. On Christ Illusion and World Painted Blood they have went back to their 80s Thrash Metal Style, but not without letting fresh air in, there were lots of good parts and melodic stuff in these albums. Only Repentless was a complete mess, because they didn't really know what to do there, and tried kind of everything, which didn't work out at all.
But yeah, to be honest, I thought that Slayer were just repetitive Thrash Metal celebrities as well, until I gave them a closer listen through all of their stuff. You can clearly hear some differences between the albums, even if it can't be called an actual progression or evolution
Growing up listening to this band, every album seems to fit my mindset as I age 🤘🏼 well thought and an amazing experience.
Maturity comes from experiences, this says it all, you don’t have to express yourself by adding complex riffs, angry sounding lyrics and guitar solos.
I love how the simplicity of this album relates to me in a way specially in my worst of times. There’s no need to make things complicated by having to bring in your ego to prove your innocence in a certain situation. You just have to admit there’s something wrong with you and there’s fault within us. This albums expresses it all, as we grow older, we’ve no time to handle unnecessary drama. Settle the problem rationally and emotionally. Never bring your heart without your mind.

Bullet has always been my go-to band since I was 14... never let me down. This album is no different. Some people think that music is thrashing and head banging only, but that's a subjective opinion. Means absolutely nothing, because music is objective, the artist(s) put out what THEY feel and hope people like and that's the fact... if you do great, if not, move on go find another band that fits your style, but don't talk shit just because it doesn't tailor to your wants and needs.
Or you can stick with their older albums.
Blyat...im seeing too many bad comments but for me...honestly i like this album...in fact BFMV is my favorite band since 2008...i remember the first song i^ve ever heard from them, hand of blood in Need For Speed Most Wanted!!!!

People gotta lighten up. Everyone's got their opinions but this album really showcases Bullets melodic side in check. Matt tuck in an interview said he went through a divorce and that was a crazy difficult part of his life and he just wanted to do some thing different for a change, as any normal person would do after something like that. This is still Bullet guys, it's just more melodic than usual. I fuckin love this album!
I get why people say its not BFMV anymore yes its very quiet in comparison to their previous albums but for me matts voice is so special...in the morning im not in the mood to hear loud screaming....and this is just amazing!! I can enioy BFMV all the time now🤷🏻♀️❤️

What I'm feeling about this album is that has something deep, I don't know how to explain, but is something that reaches me and I can feel it too! Loving this album, this deep feelings resembles Temper Temper, one of my favorites albuns. Now 'Gravity', is turning one of favorites too.💜💜💜

I have known the band since their album "the poison", and although not every album was, at least for me, very good over the years, individual albums by the band were very good. And after 15 years they still manage to create this pure masterpiece. I find this song simply indescribable. I just have to thank the band for that. At the end from 3:06 , no matter how often I hear this song, I get goosebumps and no other band has managed that. Thank you

Everyone said the same thing about Temper Temper when it first came out about it wasn't bullet and it's not as good and blah blah. Was still an amazing album.
