Do yourself another favor and look into changing your glass windshield to the tip out glass windshield as I had the type you have now and had to replace it twice because it cracks in the center from the wiper area due to the way they are mounted sitting on the supports and strapped to the cage, the tilt windshield mount system is pretty much bulletproof and the operation and seal is worth the addition to an awesome machine that you have.
@@fullcyrcleadventures3096 won’t that smoke off your belt and damage things prematurely ? Polaris recommendation with tracks mounted is low gear with diff locked.
I'm curious to know why you went with the 60" plow vs. the 72". As seen in your video, the plow at angle (and when straight I suspect) is more narrow than your tracks. This means that your tracks will be compacting some of the snow on either side of the Ranger, creating "hard pack", which makes it even more difficult to scrape up on the next pass with such a lightweight plow.
Full Cyrcle Adventures hi just bought a 2020 the dealer says i need a 72 inch plow with tracks i was hoping for a smaller one so a 60 or 66 inch that will work fine correct even though the machine will be 72 wide with tracks? Thx
Nothing BEATS UP a vehicle like PLOWING. It's hard on transmissions motors .Overall the entire vehicle gets a shacking and vibration that loosens up hardware and parts . Aventually . Life shortening.
Do you have personal experience with the issue you speak of?? I have been plowing for years with no issues. It’s all in how you operate the machine and understand the limits.
Nice video. Love the tracks. I've got a 19 Northstar and enjoying it. Thanks
Yes I have seen your videos. Great job
I have a 2019 Northstar crew with camso. I smell the belt a lot even in low range.
I was actually having fun watching this video. That’s a sweet ride. Awesome video. Cheers

I have had both windshields and both are great. Never an issue with either one.
Okay if they did the plow controls on the shifter in a pickup truck like they did here I would absolutely buy it
Haha good stuff Q'man. aka Mr. PLOW
Looking at getting the exact same setup. Could you please tell me the overall length with the plow, extension and tracks?
Do you run your unit in low gear with the tracks and plow? Looked like you were going pretty fast and it was still fairly quiet
Yes I run in high gear

Never had an issue so far. I have got over 1200kms running the tracks and run in high gear.

Yes your right and I have a 72” wide blade now
@@fullcyrcleadventures3096 Notice a difference?
Just got the same set up but my tracks hit the plow when I turn the wheel. What do you do to solve for that?
You have to get the extension kit for the plow to clear the tracks.
Cool! I was under the impression that the tracks are not for traction, but flotation instead.
Works both ways as usually just sinks in about a foot and floats on the snow if heavy enough snow. If light snow then plows right along through
@@fullcyrcleadventures3096 Awesome, sweet rig, happy Christmas!
Getting ready to upgrade to a 2021 northstar edition. Have you had any issues with the power plow or the machine and tracks?
No issues. Great machine
Whats different about the 2021? I have one coming in soon?
Has upgraded front diff
The 60'' plow is wide enough??
Yes works great.

I have a 60inch on my Polaris Sportsman 500, at full tilt it just covers the width of my machine. I believe a SXS would need a wider blade.
Me and my dad use a Polaris 570 for snow plowing
Does it fit in your enclosed trailer with the tracks on? If so how big is the trailer?
Yes it does. 16’ trailer with extra 12” height. Fits perfectly
Did you have to change out the push bar to plow with the tracks?
Nope work the same just have to get extension for the plow
What brackets did you use for the windshield light bar?
I used axia alloys brackets. 2 for each side and made a custom bracket to secure the light bar
In describing your vehicle the most important component was heat.
Whats on your shifter? The buttons
It’s for the snow plow control
It's a shame you don't get paid for this video because it's done well...good job
Thanks man
Have you used the tracks on ice?
Yes but they are no good on ice. Just like a snowmobile there is no traction on ice. I have a friend who installed some screws to help.
What light bar are you using?
I have a 54” curved Rigid Light Bar on the roof and 6” Speed Demon lights on the front bumper
Thanks. I was worried about drilling the roof for mounting. The brackets work well with the windshield and roof?

Got a 60" blade on my Atv 570 X2, so think the 72" is better for you ;)
Nice ride
Mine is a 72” blade. I was wrong in this video. Thanks
Wow thats cool
$44,000 later???
Yes plus plus plus. Hahahahaha
If money was to be held on to it would have handles.
Big money you have invested in that machine you could’ve bought a car LOL
I already have a car. Lol.
something like this machine you keep it a lifetime. A car you trade it in when you get tired of it.
