All of the riding and stuff is really cool, but what is by far the coolest thing is that you are able to spend quality time with your lady doing something that you both enjoy! The Fact that it was riding 4 wheelers in the mud just adds to the cool factor! AWESOME VIDEO!!!
We got the tracks just this past winter..so January ish of 2013. Took them off after 1 ride in the spring. They are awesome...turned the Grizzly into a tank in the snow and would go places snowmobiles were getting stuck! Slows down the Grizz though because of the gearing and no wheelies LOL
no problem...me and my dad watch all of your videos. I've been going back through all the old ones from 1 or 2 years ago and I cant find any I haven't watched lol but keep 'em coming we love to watch them.
Great video guys ! looks like we had the better weather on our easter sunday ride, but y'all had a lot more fun playing in the mud. me and my sons were watching one of your videos the other night and they were like dad we need to go ride with them. lol. keep the videos coming we always look forward to seeing them.
You two are fun to watch. lol Loved the mud!! If ya dont get dirty then ya didnt go wheelin!! next time she gets stuck tell her to shake that bad boy side to side. :) We are going to be filming some of our rides this yr. should be a great time. stay safe!!
I have watched this video at least a dozen times and counting! I keep coming back to it. I think it is one of my all time favorites of your videos! Don't get me wrong I like all your vids, but between the mud and the slideshow at the end with the awesome song playing it is just plain AWESOME!! Have you guys been back to this spot this year yet?? Thanks for making such great videos!!
Hi there, I love your videos, really great to watch. always different than the last. always nice to belong to the comments. and what do you live beautiful there. what a wonderful nature. Please keep filming, so we can enjoy it here in holland. peter greetings from holland
So i unscrewed the scew all the way, and if there was any difference in power it really wasn't much and i still couldn't pop wheelies. I looked inside the hole were the screw goes and there didn't really seem to be anything to "trigger" the atv's power to increase. If you want, try it on your own, cuz this probably sounds pretty confusing.
Haha, it just dawned on me that mine probably has been messed with, because before me it belonged to an older disabled person. I'll tinker with it and let you know next time I go out for a ride, thanks for the help!
Thank you for your nice videos keeps wannabes like me amused and learn.Where are you in US or Canada?here in Australia there is nowhere to very little area one could ride; and all we get is lower speed limits on every road, speed cams and higher fines and one lane rods with hardly any chance of overtaking - forget people would like recreation and see their country without harming any environment and explore.Wish we had trails like you rode on.
Hahah! and thank you. i don't have any mods, maybe that's why. but the mudlites don't seem to be very big tires compared to stock tires. Do you know if the screw above your font brake is a rev limiter? if it is is yours screwed all the way out?
looks like it. looks like some really nice trails in all of your vids. since i moved to northern ohio from west virginia, we have to settle with what little they have up here, but any bit of trail riding is better than none :D
I hope one day I can ride up in canada with you guys! :D I am in Colorado, so we have snow, trails and rocks. Ha ha! looks like up there you have all worlds! trails, mud, snow, creeks, rocks! Fun stuff!
Joe Maddison THanks! We live and ride in northwestern Ontario. Snow is melting...getting less and less each day. You guys had a crazy amount of snow this year!
Some of these clips from this video of you guys blasting through that mud would be really cool in your new intro video! Just a thought. As I have said before this is one of my favorite videos that you guys have made!
Actually, a couple clips from this same place/area did make the trailer (just not this particular ride)...good eye! Thanks for watching and stopping by.
***** Oh, OK. I remember now you guys went back there a second time and it looked a bit different! I think the intro is great though, thanks for the reply!!!
This does happen to be one of our favourite trails...always some kind of challenging area no matter when we go! So hard to condense thousands of minutes of footage into 1.5 minutes...need more time LOL
Hey guys, love the vid, you seen the deer, but did you not see the moose @2:13 a real nice cow and calf, the wife was a brave soul, boot full of mud and still hit another mud hole, most women would have called a state of emergency, had a helicoptor fly in, pick her up and get her to the salon asap. Glad to see she enjoys herself as much as us guys, my wife same thing, deeper is better, bad choice of words but you get the idea...lol keep riding guys, cant wait for the next video, and ride safe...
Hey,really like the videos. Thinking about getting some Zillas for my outlander 800 just before winter here in the UK. I was just wondering what size do you run on your Grizz?
Where abouts in northern Ontario? My grandfather is from Moonbeam up in Northern Ontario. Have you ever visited anywhere near there or rode around there?
Awesome vid!!! looking at those wheels for my '08 700 Grizzly. They look awesome in the mud. What winch are you using to pull her from the mud? Synthetic rope? That's next after wheels and tires.
Brian Bright The Grizzly just has a "no name" winch from Canadian Tire and then we put synthetic rope on it instead of the steel cable...really like the synthetic rope!
Yeah I have an 06 Titan so if the quad dosnt fit I dont really want to have to go out and buy a trailer too! Where are you guys located? Judging from comments in Canada somewhere?
I can't use the Kawi right now so I'm driving the snowblower. It's just not the same.. Maybe I should put my new GoPro on the snowblower. That would make for some pretty gripping video.
yeah, im in the process of purchasing a Yamaha Rhino 450, im paralyzed from waist down from an ATV accident in October 2009, so im trying to stay away form atv's. and i was looking for a light weight but aggressive tire, and i see that the zilla do pretty well.... I just sold my Polaris Sportsman 850 XP with 32" silverback tires
I'm sure this was asked already but what tires are you guys using? And do you have any spacers etc. Getting ready to buy a grizzly this year and not exactly sure what I'm doing as far as that goes with tires rubbing etc.
Cubbee, in the video, where Dawn gets stuck and you mention that she gets to try out her new winch cable - did you replace the Warn with the Superwinch, or did she not have one before, and you guys installed the Superwinch? For some reason I was thinking she a had the Yamaha Warn installed...
Awesome video. We recently purchased a 2007 Grizzly 700SE and it's absolutley STACKED with power, but im not sure how you pop wheelies like that! haha. It has 26 inch mudlites on it, any tips? maybe im just a bit of a sissy, haha.
Do you notice a huge difference in performance between the two quads? Do you prefer the Grizz over the Kodiak? I have never ridden a Grizz before but we own a kodiak and it has always been fairly capable. Might look at buying a grizz this summer if I get the money.
Cameron Stone Thanks, yes with over 5000km's we've had no issues with either one of them...very reliable and we've had so much fun they were well worth the investment!
***** TO ME i wouldent like them just cuz there automatics i like the idea of shifting and not having the engine bog when going thru mud like what happend to the Kodiak to much boging in the motor and wouldent let the tires spin...but im srue they do pretty much everything u want them to do i just like my instant torque from my 4 speed (well 5, the gears go RSL>1>2>3>4 its a 5 speed if u count SL as 1st)
wade mckenney oh and just to mention in SL ive pulled my 85 GMC one ton 4x4 around the yard everyone at my house (i had two friends and one family member) was speechless that a so called little old 86 honda 250 2wd is doing more than a 500 polaris sportsman can do in low and in four wheel drive...every one doesn't know how powerful, fast, tourqey, and gripy those 250 fourtraxxes are untill youve owed one...lol
awesome video you guys! i just bought a 2016 grizzly se and i am enjoying the hell out of it. Would LOVE to take a ride with you both on those trails. Keep them videos coming!
Great Video - I love that double GoPro perspective. What mode do you usually film in? Also, is there a chance that you could send or put up on your channel how you mounted those on the front of the helmet like that. Gotta like mud to be a Canadian - Gotta like dust to be a Rocky Mountain atv'er. lol
Great info, thanks. I was all set to pull the trigger on 2 from Yamaha ($800 USD installed each!!). I'll be looking into these Superwinches for sure. Heading to Yamaha dealer tomorrow with the CFO (wifey) to pick out our two quads! Sounds crazy, but with their latest promotion, we can get the 700EFI EPS cheaper than the 550's so that's what we're going with (pending said CFO's approval, of course).
ill try to let you know. Let me know if you are ever in the Area :P. But ya there are some nice trails out here theres some smooth riding and some rough riding even though im more of a rough rider i like smooth trails to. but yeah i was watching that show last night to. Still waiting for that day the Wardens stop me and they have there TV equpiment.
I have 2 questions for you cubbeezx first is the Synthetic rope as strong as the wire winch cable? secon question have you guys met people from your watchers ? other then that keep up the great work you 2
Cam Trathen HI Cam, we've never had any issues with the synthetic rope...easier on the hands and never kinks eithers. Pulls anything out the steel stuff does. Yes, we have had the opportunity to meet a few people who watch our videos. Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out the videos!
I'm living vicariously through your videos until I get a quad of my own. Thank You for sharing your adventures.
All of the riding and stuff is really cool, but what is by far the coolest thing is that you are able to spend quality time with your lady doing something that you both enjoy! The Fact that it was riding 4 wheelers in the mud just adds to the cool factor! AWESOME VIDEO!!!

I must admit, Your a reel trooper when it comes to those wet holes. I commend you. Greg
I love how she chases the mud, and your the one that's logically thinking about the bridge. Nothing like a good mud bath or fail trying!
LOL...thanks for watching and commenting. Have to love those mud baths....
no problem...me and my dad watch all of your videos. I've been going back through all the old ones from 1 or 2 years ago and I cant find any I haven't watched lol but keep 'em coming we love to watch them.
Really nice video. Lots of mud and challenging trail's.Really fun :)
another awesome video Bob and it looks like you have a ton of shots for Grizzly of the month !
I really enjoy your vids...great commentary and video quality. The still shots ur editing in at the end are a nice touch too.
THanks, we have a great time!
Great video guys ! looks like we had the better weather on our easter sunday ride, but y'all had a lot more fun playing in the mud. me and my sons were watching one of your videos the other night and they were like dad we need to go ride with them. lol. keep the videos coming we always look forward to seeing them.
Another great video! You two have great riding up there!! Loved the crossing of stream with ice around 2:00 mark.
yea it is nice to have trails close to your house we live in pei and there is pretty good trails here too
Looks like similar territory from what we have here in NW Alberta! I cant wait to get out to the farm for a rip.
Another great ride. I think you both know every trick, to make it look so easy.
Walter B Thanks for checking out the video. We have a great time doing what we do!
You two are fun to watch. lol Loved the mud!! If ya dont get dirty then ya didnt go wheelin!! next time she gets stuck tell her to shake that bad boy side to side. :) We are going to be filming some of our rides this yr. should be a great time. stay safe!!

Does the Kodiak not have a front diff lock because at 9:04 when it was being winched out only one front wheel was spinning
+Alex Bevington Yes, the Kodiak has diff lock...I might have taken it out to get pulled out as it makes it really hard to steer when it is engaged.
Cool vid Cubbee Guy. Love the riding area too.
looks like it. looks like some really nice trails in all of your vids. since i moved to northern ohio from west virginia, we have to settle with what little they have up here, but any bit of trail riding is better than none :D

I bet you have some awesome country to explore..sounds like you have a little bit of everything! Thanks for watching.
i love watching your videos ...i wish we had trails like the ones yous drive on ...thanks
Great video, where are you guy's located?Still 3' of snow in the woods here in Nova Scotia, won't be wheeling for a bit.
Joe Maddison THanks! We live and ride in northwestern Ontario. Snow is melting...getting less and less each day. You guys had a crazy amount of snow this year!
Looks like a typical Oregon ride, oh well, you get used to it or at least put up with it. Nice video!
awesome video man! great shots and angles some of it was almost like watchin a dealership promo! good job
Now thats some fun thick mud!! I wanna do that one of these days! Great vid!
Cubbee and the 700 GRIZZ showed them mud-holes who's BOSS!!! lol butt great video u guys...CK gets perfect camera angles everytime!!!
Some of these clips from this video of you guys blasting through that mud would be really cool in your new intro video! Just a thought. As I have said before this is one of my favorite videos that you guys have made!

Hey,really like the videos. Thinking about getting some Zillas for my outlander 800 just before winter here in the UK. I was just wondering what size do you run on your Grizz?
fatlam14 We have been really happy with the Zilla's. The Grizzly has 27" zilla's ( 27X9X12 and 27X11X12). Thanks for watching.
how do you mounted on your 4 wheeler will this work for out in the dunes
Where abouts in northern Ontario? My grandfather is from Moonbeam up in Northern Ontario. Have you ever visited anywhere near there or rode around there?

Your missus is an excellent rider!
Thanks very much!
thanks man i might be geting it when im geting my raptor 700 for dune riding
do the maxxis zillas do real good in the mud?
Yeah I have an 06 Titan so if the quad dosnt fit I dont really want to have to go out and buy a trailer too! Where are you guys located? Judging from comments in Canada somewhere?
What size zilla r on the Kodiak? and how deep is the lug depth compared to the 27's on the grizz 700?
How do you stop the extra sound from wind? I wear my cam on my head right side and I get a lot of wind noise..
I'm looking forward to getting the Kodiak 700 this Spring. Both of these bikes in your vid seem so freaking reliable and capable!
You will love it...ours have been just awesome!
I can't use the Kawi right now so I'm driving the snowblower. It's just not the same..
Maybe I should put my new GoPro on the snowblower. That would make for some pretty gripping video.
Yeah thats kinda what I figured. I saw that you had a Titan, does the Grizz fit in the back with those new Zillas?
yeah, im in the process of purchasing a Yamaha Rhino 450, im paralyzed from waist down from an ATV accident in October 2009, so im trying to stay away form atv's. and i was looking for a light weight but aggressive tire, and i see that the zilla do pretty well.... I just sold my Polaris Sportsman 850 XP with 32" silverback tires
How do you keep your ATV's so clean looking???
I'm sure this was asked already but what tires are you guys using? And do you have any spacers etc. Getting ready to buy a grizzly this year and not exactly sure what I'm doing as far as that goes with tires rubbing etc.
nice ride looks fun i have a grizzly too i love it.
Would love to go riding with yous sometime

Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video!
What size tires are u running
The Kodiak has 26" Zilla's
Iam running 30 inch mud lights 2 inch lift
I'm trying to figure out how old the vids are when you have the tracks on. Did you take them off? What's your opinion of them?
did you and your wife buy these brand new and what kind of winch on the 450 kodiak?
Great Video - I love that double GoPro perspective. What mode do you usually film in? I think this is the best channel I've found on RUclips! I'd love to trailer my wheeler up there from MN with the wife and ride with the two of you!

did the same today except with a raptor 660 with 440 big bore kit witch makes it a 750
mine is only a little 2wd wheeler but it would have probably made it pretty easy since i've gone through worse then that on the old 'zuki
Good to know!
