You need to make a decision what you want to call home, and I think that is Ottawa. Buy a place there and settle. In Faridabad Airbnb the place you bought and that is your vacation home. You spend more time in Ottawa than anywhere else, and that will likely happen more with the new family. Daycare, school etc will ground you more and you will need space as the child grows. Plus you need support for the child which is in Ottawa.

For most part I try to follow to the same time. Eat by 8 or 9 max.. then eat between 2 or 3 next day.. But its not easy to keep if you do not have a predictable lifestyle.. In cases I miss. I adjust but still fast at least 16 hours daily. And being a foodie to the level of addiction.. I never thought id be able to do it.. BUT.. I only can because I eat a lot less carbs and no sugar which has completely finished my cravings and I eat fat and protein which helps me go longer without eating :-) Some days I even go upto 18 and I do not feel hungry all the time.
