सभी राजनीति पार्टी चाहे शासक हो या विपक्ष को आम आदमी से मुलाकात करनी चाहिए,तब उनकी परेशानी को समझ सकते हैं, परंतु अधिकतर नेता लोग ऐसा नहीं करते। रेलवे में लोको पायलट की परेशानी को सरकार को समझना चाहिए और उनकी हर संभव मदद करनी चाहिए l
लोको पायलट की सभी समस्या को सुधार समाधान करना चाहिए रेलवे प्रशासन को

giving 30 hours P. Rest in addition to 16 hours at Headquarters rest. That is, the problem of providing inadequate P. REST.
2) Third night headquarters after two consecutive night duties. Problem of not providing bed in night.
3) Not giving full 16 hours of headquarter rest and calling two hours in advance and disturbing during the rest period. That means providing inadequate headquarters rest.
4) Problem of setting 14 hours duration for duty more than prescribed 9 hours (S/On to S/Off) and 5/OFF, problem of punitive action in case of not doing over hours.
5) The problem of not giving 6/8 hours complete rest in the running room and calling 2 hours before, that is, the problem of not giving adequate rest even in the running room.
6) The problem of including two hours of preparation time in the rest period and considering it as a part of rest. 7) After sick/leave, problem of not booking after 6:00 am and calling at 24:00 pm.
Pay, Allowances & Establishment Relater Grievances
9) Not filling the vacant posts of running staff under the establishment rules and problem of reduction in leave and rest.
10) Problem of removal (inhumane punishment) and giving major penalty to loco running staff in violation of DAR rules. 11) Problem of not providing additional allowance to ALP for working with LP under similar circumstances as CAB.
12) Problem of non-payment of ALK during train cancellation during COVID period.
13) Non-payment of DA for 18 months due to COVID.
14) Problem of night duty allowance not being paid as per the formula.
15) Not giving 70% income tax exemption on running allowance.
Operation Related Grievances
15) Problem of operation of MEMU without ALP in Non Subarvan Territory (Absolute Block Territory), problem of operation of MEMU without ALP in Ghat also.
16) Problem of increasing the work of LP/ALP in the name of operating trains without guards.
17) Making GDR from LP even when TXR is available in the name of GDR, sometimes pressurizing to make GDR even without guard.
Problem of.
18) Problem of getting FSD from ALP throughout the year without fog.
19) Problem related to CCVRS in Cab

@@railwaysalp6728 क्यों समस्या आज ही पैदा हुए है क्या। Karnatak मे पेट्रोल डीजल के दाम बढ़ा दिया। हम बहुत परेसान है। कम करो दाम। फालतू की बकवास करना आसान है। राजस्थान। मे कांग्रेस राज में 25 पेपर लीक हुए। पूरी की पूरी vacancy बेच दी शर्म नहीं आई इनको। सब राजनीति करते है जनता से कोई लेना देना नहीं है इनको।65 साल सत्ता में रहे लेकिन peramilitary के जवानो को कभी सहीद का दर्जा नहीं दिया। अब इनको सब बाते याद आ रही है। नेताओ को जनता की तब ही याद आती हैं जब ये सत्ता से अलग होते है तब। नहीं तो मलाई खाने मे ही व्यस्थ रहते है। अब खाने को कुछ नहीं मिल रहा है तब जनता माई बाप हो गयी इनके लिए। जब सत्ता में आ जाए तो बंगले के आस पास भी नहीं फटकने देते है।
